Grand (102m2) magnifiquement rénové appartement de 3 chambres situé au coeur du centre-ville de Budapest, à 1 minute de Stephens Bassilica (district 5). L'appartement est très lumineux et élégamment meublé. La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée donne sur une jolie cour arborée et est adjacente à la salle à manger spacieuse pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le magnifique salon dispose d'une cheminée, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un balcon donnant sur une rue nouvellement piétonne avec d'excellents restaurants et des bars à vins sophistiqués. La salle de bain principale est très grande avec un bain encastré et une grande douche séparée.

Cette situation privilégiée est situé à quelques pas de la magnifique Saint- Basilique de Stephen et à 2 minutes à pied de la rue Vaci et du Danube où vous pouvez prendre le funiculaire de Castle Hill, avec le Palais Royal, Matthias église et d'autres attractions historiques et populaires. En bref, cet appartement "comme à la maison" est le lieu idéal pour visiter la ville, faire du shopping ou dîner à Budapest.

Sightseeing in Budapest

Our stay at "the stunning 3 bedroom apartment" was fantastic. The apartment was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The communal area (living Room) is spacious and enjoyable. We appreciated that there were 2 seperate toilet rooms. This flat is right in the tourist/sightseeing area of Budapest. The street below the apartment can be quite noisy at night on the weekend. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the street side, the 3rd is in the back of the flat and is very quiet. The flat is only 2 blocks from St. Stephans Cathedral and easy 8 minute walk from Chain Bridge. We took a delightful 1 hour cruise on the Danube River and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are numerous restuarants in the area and also 2 groceries stores. All your needs will be meet!!! This is truly a great spot to stay to enjoy yourselves in Budapest!!!

Lovely spacious apartment in very central location and friendly reception. Would recommend arriving by public transport rather than car as parking close by is expensive.

Fabulous Location

Easy access to the city from a spacious apartment with three bedrooms! Check in communication was easy even though we were travel delayed. It was hot while we were there and the mobile AC unit (interior, no window units permitted on the listed building) worked hard to cool the large space with its high ceilings. We loved the proximity to restaurants and the Basilica. Best Bagels around the corner was great for coffee and breakfast.Street noise from pedestrian area was negligible with windows closed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

The apartment is on a street with lots of restaurant choices, grocery store nearby and close to many of the sites in Budapest. The host (Lillian) was lovely and very helpful. There is lots of room within the apartment, great kitchen and laundry set up. We would definitely stay here again!

A spacious apartment in a very central location. Due to proximity to restaurants and nightlife, it can be noisy at any hour of the day, including people, talking, singing, and shouting in the street at 4 AM! Parking, if needed, is close but expensive (30-50 usd daily). Subway, streetcar and bus stops were a few minutes walk as was Vaci Utca shopping district, Parliament and St. Stephen’s Basilica. We were a family of 4 but the property could accommodate more in its 3 bedrooms; note insufficient toilet paper and dishwasher pods were supplied. We did not use the A/C as open windows and fans were sufficient for the unseasonable cool June weather. The I indoor lights were plentiful but dim. We purchased our own laundry pods and patience with the dryer was required. Plenty of room to cook and share meals in the kitchen and dining area, spread out in the living room and decrease the stress of a longer term stay.

Great place to stay while in Budapest

This property was a perfect place for a family to stay while in Budapest. Roomy and a great location very near to St. Stephen’s Basilica and a short walk from Parliament. We had a great time and the property played a role in making our stay comfortable and easy. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay!

The overall experience was AWESOME! Lillian was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The only minor issue we had is figuring out how the thermostat works for the heating, but this was minor. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it.

Great apartment with a great location!

The apartment was on a street with shops and restaurants and the Christmas market! The Danube River was only a few blocks from the apartment. Everything you needed was within walking distance including a grocery store and the shopping district. The apartment itself had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and was very spacious! Everything in it, while not luxurious, was very clean and comfortable! The property manger, Lillian, was very helpful, friendly and nice. We did have a problem with the check in as no one met us at the designated time and we ended up having to stay at a hotel that first night. There was some sort of mix up with VRBO and the owner and the owner did not know we had booked the apartment. We are still waiting to hear from VRBO on this issue for some type of compensation. The owner was very apologetic and communicated with us well via the VRBO messaging and phone. Be sure to double check on your booking with the owner and VRBO before you go. Overall, the apartment and our stay was wonderful! We would stay there again despite our check in problem and loved Budapest!

Dejlig stor lejlighed med perfekt placering

Vi var 3 par afsted og havde nogle rigtig dejlige dage i Budapest. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, og med tre soveværelser med dobbeltsenge er den ideel til tre par eller 6 gode venner. To af soveværelserne ligger lige ved siden af hinanden, og det tredje soveværelse ligger i den anden ende af lejligheden. Der er dog lidt støj fra gaden om aftenen, som to af de tre soveværelser ligger ud til. Så det skal man være obs på, hvis man sover meget let. Lejligheden har en virkelig god placering midt i centrum, og man kan derfor let gå til det hele. Det tager cirka 30 minutter med taxa til lufthavnen. Jeg vil klart anbefale denne lejlighed. Det var desuden rigtig nemt at kommunikere med udlejer om udlevering af nøgle osv.

Flat perfect. Located near Stephansdom, no car required for the whole stay. Be aware that 2 bedrooms have windows to the street - might be difficult if sensitive to noise while sleeping

Location, location, location

I had no idea when we rented how centrally located it is. The apartment is exactly as pictured and everything we needed was provided. We didn't cook, but all of the pans etc are there for those of you who do. The manager is super nice and went way out of her way to make us comfortable. We plan to go back.

Spacious and spotless near St Stephen’s Basilica!!

Property manager met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and gave us good tips on the city. The apartment is beautiful and has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, which is hard to find! Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice towels are provided and the kitchen has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent location!

Wonderful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Walk to St Stephen's Basilica along with Parliament, the Chain Bridge, and across to St Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion. There's also a metro stop close by to get to the Széchenyi Baths, Zoo, Hero's Square, etc. There's an Aldi supermarket nearby which was very convenient. With a family of 4, having 3 bedrooms was nice. I'd highly recommend this apartment!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We stayed at this apartment for 10 nights. It truly was a home away from home with all the comforts and conveniences of home. It has everything going for it - clean, modern and spacious - and the location is superb. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance - shopping, parliament buildings, St. Stephen's, the Danube to name a few. There is an extensive variety of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, a coffee shop across the street as well as a 24 hour convenience store next door. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing "home" from which to explore this amazing city.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

Our family decided to spend New Year and Christmas holidays in Budapest. We can highly recommend this apartment, building and location. The day we came we had a sweet surprise from the manager, it was a bottle of champagne and Hungarian chocolates. The apartment is newly renovated, stylish, clean, very light, warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasure to cook breakfast in such a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen and hear the bell-ringing from the nearby St. Stefan's Basilica. The location is truly fantastic. Planning our days we realized that we even do not need to hire a car or use public transport. All the historical places, thermal baths (Gellert), beautiful & famous markethall, shopping avenue (Vaci utca), restaurants with delicious food are very close to this location. We liked Budapest so much, we liked this apartment and our big family recommend this place!!!! This is a good apartment for family or for company of friends.
