The cabin is equipped with all the amenities you could desire, and all  brand new. Enjoy a  custom outdoor fire pit with sleek Adirondack chairs, large gas grill for grilling your favorite steaks, ribs, hamburgers and much more or a luxurious hot tub. Imagine soaking in the warm, bubbling waters while gazing at the starlit sky. It's the perfect way to rejuvenate your body and soul.

The open concept living and kitchen areas are the perfect setting for enjoying sharing your favorite beverage and reminiscing about your day, watching a movie, or enjoying a meal together. The gourmet kitchen provides you with everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. Including stainless steel appliances, a dual Ninja pod and ground coffee machine,  microwave, toaster, stainless steel pots, pans, mixing bows, utensils, serving dishes and platters, wine glasses, cocktail and highball glasses, bartender kit, tea kettle, coffee grinder, airfryer, some essential spices and much more. Just ask for our extensive list.

After a full day, retreat to your bedrooms for a perfect night of rest. Chique Shack provides two owners suites with comfy king size beds, Smart TV's, custom walk-in large tiled shower, double vanity, plush towels, wash cloths, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Consider this is your home away from home.


If you feel like wandering outside to get a closer look at nature, you will walk out onto the large deck and relax on the cushioned couch and chairs overhead ceiling fans,  overlooking the peaceful nature scenery. We always love to watch the deer that visit us daily.  It has a beautiful dining area where you can eat your meals in nature after you’ve grilled on the Weber gas grill that has a filled propane tank and all the cooking utensils for your convenience. 

If you’re looking to soak your troubles away, there is a brand new beautiful  hot tub waiting for you. Plush towels are provided in a basket near the door to the deck. You may just want to sip your glass of wine or favorite beverage while watching the magical colors in the sky from the hot tub or back deck. For those cold, crisp nights when you just want to sit around a campfire, gaze up at the stars, sip something warm and maybe toast some marshmallows, we have a beautiful fire pit awaiting your arrival with four sleek Adirondack chairs nestled all around it.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the Chique Shack property.

NO PETS: Pets of any kind are not allowed on the Chique Shack premises due to potential guest allergies. Guests arriving with pets will be asked to vacate immediately and will be refunded all but one night of their rental fee.
No Events, Parties, or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted.
Maximum Occupancy: The property must not be occupied by more than 4 people at any time.
Minimum Guest Age: All guests must be a minimum of 32 years of age.
No Children: No children are allowed on the property. No exceptions will be made. 

Hot Tub:
We have an outdoor hot tub available for your use. Please pay special attention to the safety rules.
It is recommended that you wash off all oils, lotions, make up prior to entering hot tub
Do not use hot tub during storms
Pregnant woman should avoid using hot tub or consult your physician
Individuals with open or healing wounds should avoid using hot tub
Remove metallic jewelry before using hot tub as chemicals can ruin the metals
Hot tub cover should be covering the hot tubs at all times unless it is being used.
Consult a physician if you have questions or concerns before the use of a hot tub.

DO NOT ADD ANY BATH BUBBLE, OILS OR ANYTHING TO THE HOT TUB, IT WILL DAMAGE THE MOTOR AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS
Do not bring food into the hot tub

DO NOT SIT, STAND ON OR MISTREAT the hot tub cover, it will not support any person's weight. A $450 charge will result in any damages done to hot tub covers. 

Remember there are certain health risks associated with the use of hot tubs, Jacuzzi's, saunas and/or swimming pools. Hot Tubs are cleaned and chemically sanitized prior to each guest arrival. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs- use with discretion and at your own responsibility.  QtC Properties LLC assumes no responsibility for any occurrences associated with hot tub usage.

Smart TV's - Use of the Smart Tv's is with guests own log ins and pin #. Owners do not guarantee which smart apps are on each TV.

Security Cameras:
For your safety and security, we have installed 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property: one at the driveway and one at the front entrance. These cameras monitor the surroundings and entry points, allowing us to maintain a safe environment for you during your stay. Please note that these cameras are focused solely on the outside areas of the property and are not installed in any private or personal spaces. If anyone other than the above signed parties join the booking, the parties will be asked to leave and will forfeit all claim to any refunds. Their payments will be retained as damages for committing fraud. 

Compliance with Local Laws:
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Gilmer County ordinances, state, and federal law. Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.


Owner's Liability:
Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the property, including but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub, fire pit, etc., regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
