Welcome to the best kept secret in Speedway! This 1BR private condo is located on Main Street and steps away from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, yet close to the highway and everything Indianapolis has downtown and surrounding areas.

Bricks on Main is located on Main street that has many great restaurants, unique shops, wines and breweries and the greatest spectacle in racing all within a 2 minute WALK. The Main Street restaurant/bar district offers a boast of options - O’Reilly’s, Tacos and Tequila, Dawson‘s on Main, Barbecue and Bourbon, A. J. Foyt’s Wine Vault, The Spark, Founders Ground, Daredevil Brewing, Big Woods, Brozzini’s Pizzeria, B. Erin Designs (located on the 1st floor). La Peep and Vine and Table will be opening soon and located just below the condo on the 1st floor. The condo is a perfect place to get out and explore, especially the B&O Trail which is only a block away and offers 2.5 miles of paved trails to explore around the town.
Guests can easily drive or Uber/Lyft downtown Indianapolis, located 15 minutes from the condo. The condo is also centrally located to the surrounding areas of Indianapolis and only a 5 minute drive to the nearest highway.
Wi-Fi is available. All appliances are brand new: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Interior renovation completed in February 2023. All furnishings brand new. 65” smart 4K TV in living room, 42” smart TVs in the bedroom, full digital cable (in living room).
Guest access
The condo building and unit (202) is locked at all times via a smart locks. Prior to arrival, you will receive your PIN and instructions to get into the building and unit.
This space is exclusively used for guests: You will have access to the entire condo unit (202).
Parking is available in the reserved 202 parking spot in the parking lot on the west side (back side) of the building. If guests will have more than one car, please notify the host to ensure there will be ample parking spots available during your stay.

Please remember that you're staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We respond to all inquiries and communication promptly during working hours: 8am - 8pm EST.
