Crystal Serenity Cottage Jul/Aug min 6n arrive Mon depart Sun only. Beautiful 3BR cottage with full Basement. Relax on the Deck, take a swim in the Pool, swing in the hammock or try your hand at a game of pool! Central Air Conditioned. Family rental cottage only no party groups. Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
Two large TVs! 900m walk to Crystal Beach. No parties, no outdoor noise after 11 pm. Max 7 persons. Unheated Pool Open June 1 till Mid Sept.
The space
Beautifully landscaped backyard with a Wisteria covered pergola, pond (with waterfall) and unheated above ground pool. The wrap around deck provides lots of space to lounge and barbecue beside the pool. 3 comfortable rooms, with a nice upstairs lounge. 49" smart TV to entertain the kids.
Please note, stays at this house do not qualify for the 2022 Ontario Staycation Tax Credit.

The entire property will be available for you. 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
Maximum capacity for the home is 7. Owners will be by to service the home, If you are in excess of the 7 person capacity you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Lawncare and pool care takes place on Sunday weather permitting. Please assist our staff with accessing the property should the need arise.
Other things to note
During your stay you may temporarily store bagged organic garbage in the outdoor freezer. Please be sure to remove all garbage with you when you leave.

PETS:
Please clean up and throw out any pet waste. We have fenced the yard, but do not guarantee it is pet safe. Please supervise pets at all times and keep them off of the furniture. They must be crated if left unsupervised in the house.
