GATHER
Two story, open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows + sliding doors open to large two story deck with heated pool. *Pool heating is provided at no additional charge. The pools have heat pumps which are capable of heating the pool when the air temperature is around 65+ degrees. We do our best to keep the pool temperature in the cooler months around 75-80 degrees. However, we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature.

EAT
Leathered granite counters + island with barstool seating, open shelving + closed cabinets, designated pantry space, farmhouse sink, fully stocked kitchen.

RETREAT
One primary suite on the first floor with king bed + full ensuite bathroom w/large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub + access to the outdoor deck and hot tub. Two private secondary bedrooms with king beds + full ensuite. Fourth bedroom with a king and shared bathroom with the bunk room. Bunk room includes 3 queen beds with twin beds above each. All bathrooms include quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

ESCAPE
Heated pool and hot tub. Spacious outdoor deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered dinning area + grill on deck, hard lined to propane. Stairs from the deck lead to space for kids to run + fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around. Guests will also have access to a private play-set. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces.

**Please be mindful that in the winter months: December- the end of February, the pools will be drained and not in use
