There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 210 offers a great view of College Street in Downtown Auburn.

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

The 2 bedroom condo is centrally located and it’s easy to walk to downtown stores and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of space.

Great location and nice condo

This is the best location!! It’s the perfect spot for being in town for graduation. The noise at night was easily solved by the noise machine they have in each bedroom. This unit was very nicely decorated. Loved our stay.

Unbeatable Location & Comfortable Stay

My husband, father-in-law, and I traveled to Auburn for our son's lacrosse games and thoroughly enjoyed this property. Easy walk to restaurants and to campus. Having the Target store there, too, allowed us easy access to snacks and breakfast food. Recommended!

Beautiful and unbeatable location!

We were in auburn for a swim meet and we stayed here. The place was gorgeous! The furniture was beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a pottery barn show room. The location was perfect! We could walk downstairs to the shops and target! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and so homey!

My mother in law and I visited my daughter for a long weekend and this was the absolute perfect place to stay!!! It was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The sound makers in the rooms were perfect but we really didn’t notice much of the bar noise. You will not be disappointed with the location and overall comfort of this place!!! Can’t wait to stay again. A+++

Great location and very nice!

The condo was exactly as described. It’s very convenient, furnished with high end furniture and has everything you need. The included parking spot was great. The only issue we experienced was street noise (proximity to bars), but that was expected with a weekend stay. The nice, clean condo and being central to everything outweighed the noise for us. I’d love to stay here again.

Perfect with sounds of Auburn

Place was gorgeous! Didn’t have toiletries but host got them to us the next day, lucky the Target below had travel shampoo. Train loves to travel a lot in the night and is a block away, wind howls through windows and you can hear people and cars passing by. But with all that said I’d stay again but bring shampoo and earplugs.

This is a great location. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very convenient. Beds & pillows very comfortable! They even provided a white noise machine for those of us who are not used to apartment living. We'll come back for sure.

Downtown Auburn

This is a beautiful condo in a fabulous location. Very clean and includes everything you need. It is pricey, but so is everything in Auburn for game or graduation weekends so since you are going to pay a lot anyway, stay here as the extra space and location compared to a hotel room is worth it. Two big bedrooms, two spacious modern beautiful bathrooms, lovely kitchen, big windows, and unbeatable location! Amanda was accommodating to our specific needs and easy to work with.
