Equipped Small but equipped Kitchen: Stove and fridge/freezer, microwave, K-cup coffee machine, and all the essential utensils and cookware you need. Enjoy dining at the dining table with comfortable seating.

Outdoor Living: The cottage features a lovely front porch equipped with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a refreshing drink. There is also an outdoor dining set with umbrella.

* Notes for Guest to Consider:  The beach cottage is small and not meant for several guests. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a steep and narrow stairwell. The windows are old and can be difficult to prop open. Children should not touch said windows. . Guests should be aware, with occasional live bands, motorcycles, a busy beach and overall high tourism, summer months could offer a few noisy days/evenings, weekends especially noisy.
There are 3 cottages on this property, so there may be other guests in the common areas during your stay.
Fire pits, grills, or fires are not permitted on the property due to multiple structures and wires running roof to roof.
