Beachfront Villa - In Front Of The Best Surf Sport

Our house is a very comfortable beachfront house, with 6 big bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, kitchen, a big living room and a bar area!

The Villa is in the nicest white sand beach of Santa Teresa known as “La Lora” and the best surf spot in town! If you are not a good surfer and you just want to relax, you can walk 2min North or South and you will arrive to some nice and quiet naturals pools!

A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. We can also organize private chefs, Yoga and Pilates sessions, surf lessons, massages, and much more!



The location is just perfect! In the heart of Santa Teresa Beaches, steps away from the best surf point known as La Lora, amazing restaurants, cafes, nice shops and supermarkets!



No need of a mean of transportation, the Villa is walking distance to the best cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The Villa counts with 6 bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 15 people, with the following layout:
- Master bedroom: King size bed with esuite bathroom and private terrace (2 pax)
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed + single bed + bathroom (3 pax)
- Bedroom 3: queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (2 pax)
- Bedroom 4: king size bed with ensuite bathroom (2 pax)
- Bedroom 5: king size bed + single bed, with ensuite bathroom (3 pax)
- Bedroom 6: king size bed + single bed, with ensuite bathroom (3 pax)
All bedrooms have AC.

The inside living room has a large dining table, perfect to sit all the guests in the house, and few more friends! If you want to prepare a nice cocktail, you can use the bar area!
The outdoor space has a relaxing living, with 2 sofas and sun day beds to lay-down.

Take in mind that we have a camara system. No one is looking at it, just in case of necessity. Your privacy will never be interrupted.

We encourage you to rent a 4x 4 car or ATV to discover town and the beauty of the Peninsula.



- For bookings up to 6 people, only 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms will be available (the other 2 will be closed). This is because our prices are based on the quantity of people in the house! Please, respect the amount of people indicate in the booking.
- Internet: Fiber optic.
- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
