First, Indian Lake has a water taxi run by a local named John West. His number is (937) 210-9723, you can coordinate pickups, drop offs, and even restaurant hopping, etc. He also runs âBoaters helping boatersâ and the 17 person party bus by land at night.
Another option would be to bring your own boat. Very close to the island is a boat ramp at Moundwood State Park. 7490 Edgewater Ave, Huntsville, OH 43324.
Lastly, you could rent a boat from any of the local marinas. They have many options to choose from.

You will be able to park at any of the marinas while renting the boat or at Fox Island if you use the water taxi, which will be in site from the island- very close.
