Notre 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain Villa Savanna est lumineux avec un décor confortable de l'île et est doté d'une terrasse et belle piscine entourée d'un paradis tropical sur un grand terrain privé.

La villa a tout ce dont vous avez besoin: cuisine équipée (y compris propre système d'eau potable dans toute la villa), grand salon ouvert et salle à manger avec 3 salles de bains, terrasse, barbecue extérieur, télévision à écran plat (avec câble), ventilateurs de plafond, et 4 chambres climatisées. Les suites de maître et Jr sont ensuite. Nous avons également l'Internet sans fil pour nos clients de se connecter à tout moment.
Villa Savanna est situé dans un très sécurisé, communauté fermée à seulement 10 minutes de Puerto Plata POP - Aéroport international. Vous pourrez profiter de belles plages de Sosua et cabarette et restaurants fantastiques.

Parc national El Choco et Monkey Jungle sont à moins de 10 km de la villa. Downtown Puerto Plata avec Ocean World se trouve à moins de 25 minutes.
Les supermarchés modernes sont à moins de 4 kilomètres. Pour votre sécurité une clinique / hôpital moderne se trouve à seulement 2 km du terme complexe de la villa par un neurochirurgien formé américain.

En outre, il y a une navette gratuite Casa Linda qui va à la fois à plusieurs reprises Sosua et cabarette chaque jour. Il pousse juste à côté de la villa. Amazing Villa

The property was better than advertised. I completely enjoyed my stay at this property it was very clean, safe, and close to all activities. The property was serviced well, and the pool was awesome. Honestly, there was not one thing about it that I didn't not like. The property provided great service, and was very knowledgable of the area. I greatly recommend this property.

Very Impressive

I as well as my group of friends were extremely impressed with the villa and it's offered amenities. All individuals involved with the property, from management to matineince were great. We will be repeat customers.

My stay...

I have zero complaints. My stay was perfect. Although, I do have a suggestion. It would have been nice if the house would have been more equipped with 1. Trash bags 2. Toilet paper 3. Mosquitoes repellent

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have stayed at this villa multiple times. The house is beautiful. It is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and great BBQ. It is nice to have pure clean drinking water throughout the house and not hassle with bottles. Also love the salt water pool. The security in this subdivision is the best on the north shore. Thomas and his wife are great hosts. The maid is gracious and the pool and tropical yard are well-maintained. The Sosua/Cabarette area has many wonderful restaurants, bars and the beaches are beautiful. There is even a free shuttle that will take you to both these towns. We always enjoy relaxing and not worrying about a thing. Friends and family have stayed with us here. We highly recommend this villa and area of the Dominican Republic.

Beware,and don’t be fooled by the pictures! This house was not as clean as it looks in the pictures

Upon arrival we met up with the property manager Thomas he showed us around the house, gave us the keys to the house, the safe and showed us the electricity meter & collected the $150 deposit as we had agreed. Once in the house & settled in, we notice the house was not as clean as it looked starting from the bathrooms to the closets. The A/C in the master-bedroom was not working as the other A/C’s in the house. Day 2 left early to the beach came back that afternoon opened some windows to cool off the house. Then we turned on the A/C’s and started to close the windows and we realized none of the windows had working locks. We called Thomas to let him know we wanted to see him & talk to him. The next day we met with Thomas we explained the issues with the windows, advised the house was not clean and the A/C was not working in the master. Thomas sent someone to fix the A/C the same day but the A/C could not be fix, the technician stated the A/C unit needed to be replace and that it was small for this bedroom. Thomas also arranged for the cleaning lady to come in the next day. In regards to the windows he stated he could not do anything about that because it would take about a month to get the windows fixed. Thomas assured us that we were safe as we were in a gated community with 24/7 security service. We advised Thomas that was not the point. We were aware that there was security on premises but it should be our choice weather we want to sleep with our windows and doors unlocked but after speaking to Thomas we decided to stay eventhough I was not comfortable about the windows situation. To our surprise that was the worst night ever we found the house was infected with cockroaches (I wish I could upload and attach the pictures we took). The next day the cleaning lady came, in addition the sheets and towels are old and many have stains that don’t come out even after the cleaning lady came in to wash them. She even agreed that the towels and sheets were in poor shape. My husband contacted Thomas again to advise the issues with the cockroaches and that the house was not to our liking so at this point we requested a call back because we wanted to meet up with him let him know we wanted a refund and try to find another place but we never got a call back and he never showed up. We called VRBO made a formal complaint once we did not get a call back from Thomas. Unfortunately, they were not able to help us.

This is a great property and the salt water pool is icing on the cake….plenty of space to relax and enjoy with a few friends or large family

Awesome Villa

I stayed at this property with 3 other people and had a phenomenal time. Thomas and his wife were awesome and answered all of my questions via email and telephone before I booked my stay. Everything was last minute due to some circumstance leading up to trip to Sosua but Thomas was able to help and everything worked out perfect. We arrived at POP and rented a car. We arrived at Thomas office and were greeted by his lovely and beautiful wife. We followed her to the Villa and she let us know everything we needed to know about Sousa. The maid was great and came daily, except for Sunday. We also paid her to cook us an authentic Dominican meal. She went to the store and came back with our change and receipt. The meal was delicious and we were all stuffed to the gills. The place was gorgeous and better than the pictures. Very Clean, beautiful manicured community, and extremely safe. There is a guard at the gate and security all around the community. Our pool guy was also great. I left my phone by the pool before we went out. It started to pour when we were out. When we returned my phone was not out by the pool where I left it. I thought it was gone and accepted that I was stupid for leaving it out. To my surprise when the pool guy arrived in the morning he immediately flagged me down to give me my phone back. He put the phone in the maintenance room below the pool because it started to rain. How great is that? My only complaint is the speed bumps. i recommend a SUV it you are renting a car because a car will scrap the speed bumps quite easily. However this is a problem all over Sousa, not just in the community. Those speed bumps are big and vicious. At least in the community they are freshly pained and you can see them. In town, some of them aren't even pained. Thomas returned my Deposit before I landed back in the states. There was a small fee deducted from the deposit due to our electricity use. We ran the AC 24/7 to keep the place ice cold. Well worth the extra money. He let me know all of this upfront and there were no hidden fees or extra taxes associated with anything. I will probably end up staying at another property of Thomas's because it will be a solo trip next time and will not need as much room. But I will DEFINITELY use Thomas again. And Thomas you are one lucky man.... With all do respect your wife is beautiful

Great stay

I stayed here for 7 days and nights and i must it was well worth it. I've been to sosua a few times now and i've stayed in a few different places. I've always enjoyed staying in the Casa Linda Villa's due to the heightened security that makes you fell secure and safe. Granted its a good 7min ride to Sosua bars and club its worth it for what you are receiving. This particular Villa was well kept, we had a daily maid who came to clean up the house, change the sheets and towels. The pool was cleaned and it was the 1st salt water pool that i've been in. It was as advertised. You will not be disappointed by staying in this villa.
