The penthouse was magnificent! We had a beautiful view of the water with lots of waves. The kitchen was very nice with modern appliances and good dishes/pots n pans.The host was wonderful to work with. His responses were always very quick.It was a week to remember fun with our adult children.

Beautiful view and overall enjoyable experience. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items, the unit was very clean, and decorations were well done. The negative side is the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and lots of road noise in the 2 side bedrooms.Overall decent experience

The condo is smaller than it appears in the pictures. When we arrived the condo was not as clean as one would expect, dusty floors, pieces of pocorn, candy and a slim jim on the floor around the chair in the living room, dirty base bords and food reminents left on the guest balcony. There were also a few rusty and unclean eating utensils. The windows were quite dirty with smudges, hand prints and what appeared to be nose/mouth prints form a dog and or small child, which is ashame because the living room is all windows and the smudges were everywhere. AC doesn't work very well in the second guest bedroom, there was a box fan in the first guest bedroom but it was rusty and kind of gross and didn't work. My family are hot sleepers, so we had to get two fans at walmart. There was a nice fan in the primary bedroom. Towels were abundant, but all the ones we used had to be rewashed due to a mildew and urine odor. The water went almost completely out on us for a day and a half, but contact with the owner cleared that up quickly and they added a nice treat for our troubles. The buildings aren't marked very well so that was a bit confusing when we arrived. We enjoyed the stay, but these few things just added a bit of a kink and some frustration. I have been traveling to this area for 30 years and have stayed at many different condos and after staying here all I can say is, this was just another one. Not particularly bad but not great.

This is our favorite condo in Perdido Key-the best views, location and condo to be at!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. I would book this all of the time that we go!!! Highly recommend!!!

Unbelievable views, great location, super easy access to the beach, comfortable furniture, very nice decor, and great pool. Few appliance glitches but easy communication with the owner. Elevator was very loud in the condo; that was reported to the main office who will get that taken care of.Would definitely rent this condo again.

View was best part of stay. We loved location and beach acess. Did have beach chairs and toys available. Room was nice and plenty of space. Owner responded quickly to any questions.Painting caulking and other work being done on balconies, so unable to use at times. Construction ongoing and noisy early morning hours.Needs a deep cleaning, but cant beat this view!

Fun Aesthetic Condo

This rental was super cute!! Loved the great views of the beach and ocean! Even with this place being apart of a condo, it felt very private and my family had a great stay. Nice pool and good access to the beach.

Great place to stay!

The condo has unbelievable views from the 10th floor! Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there and all the amenities of your own home! I would recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a great place on the beach!

Great view and Communication

The property was perfect. We decided to do a random trip with the whole fam including my father. Getting in is easy and we didn't even need a parking pass. The beach was beautiful and the pool was easy to access. I had a few little things like the wifi (on the fridge) but the owner got back to me so fast I couldn't complain if I wanted too. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Great place!!

This place was everything we hoped it would be! The floor to ceiling windows gives the best Gulf views! The decor is fun and colorful. Every morning we sat on the balcony to watch the sun rise and the dolphins swim. Great size kitchen! Plenty of seating! Plenty of restaurants just minutes away! Host was very friendly. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Love this place

Thank you for letting us stay for our 2nd annual family beach vacation. We used to go to Destin (for over 30 years) but it got way too busy so we took action, did research and found Perdido Towers-it's a slice of HEAVEN and the owner, David is FABULOUS to work with. I'm already booking for next year.

This property was an excellent choice for an all adult vacation, our first in years. The beach and beach service was exactly what we wanted it to be. No crowds on the beach and few children as most schools were still in session. The condo was close to restaurants and shopping,

Family Spring break

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We spoke with the owner and he was very friendly and gave us information on the area. The weather didn't cooperate with us unfortunately but we enjoyed our family time together.

When the Minnesota winter chill sets in, I often find myself escaping to Perdido Key—a place I cherish for its serene beauty and endless opportunities for outdoor fun. From boating and beach walks to savoring delicious local cuisine, I have made countless treasured memories in Perdido Key. I am confident that anyone who visits will have the same unforgettable experience!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My love for Perdido Key began when I was just 19, visiting with my two brothers and parents. We instantly fell in love with its charm, and before long, we found ourselves returning year after year. In 2000, we decided to buy the unit that is listed today. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made.

In 2004, Hurricane Ivan hit and we lost nearly everything. It was a difficult time, but with patience, resilience, and faith, we rebuilt—bigger and better than before. The experience only deepened my gratitude for the memories we’ve created here.

When my kids were little, I can confidently say it was the perfect spot for our family vacations. As they got older, Perdido Key continued to offer something for everyone—its beauty and activities are timeless, making it the ideal destination for all ages.

Now, it’s incredibly rewarding to share our space with your family, so you can make your memories in this little slice of heaven. Perdido Key will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we’re excited to pass that love along to you!
