This comfortable 3-BR home sits on quiet waterfront property in a low traffic neighborhood. Seasonal activities include swimming, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, hiking, snow-skiing, and trips to Silverwood Theme Park...choose your own family adventure!
You'll have access to a bike trail that takes you to town (only a few miles away) where you can enjoy the city beach, shopping, and great restaurants.
The space
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard and waterfall. This home is very family friendly; however, it is not pet friendly. The attached garage is not included. 2 parking spots provided (additional spots can be arranged upon request).
We live in a separate guest house on the property and share part of the yard and dock...but we're super cool so don't worry!
The waterfront is located on a "no wake" zone (huge plus when swimming). Two SUP's (Stand Up Paddle boards) are provided for your stay. Bringing a boat? You are welcome to moor it at the dock. If you are interested in renting a boat or jet skis, we can get you in touch with nearby rental agencies.
The property has a 4' retaining wall along the 100' waterfront, so parents with small children who don't swim might want to know this.
Other amenities include a gas grill, fire table, swing set, portable crib, coffee and tea, and a Smart TV with dvd player and movies.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, yard, and dock. Garages are not included in the listing.
