The minute you walk outside it is a walker's paradise! We have some great neighborhood businesses right below your feet! Need some Java? Downstairs you will find a great coffee spot that is also an art cafe. Feel like a burrito? A great burrito spot is right next door to satisfy your hunger. Enjoy some of the wonderful shops below. It is very easy to walk to everything you might need. Plenty of restaurants and pubs are easily accessible from this location.

The condo is on the 2nd floor. You must walk up one flight of stairs.

We try to make sure we have something for everyone during your stay. Business travelers, find a desk to work from with a printer. For the family, find some board games. For the adults, find some card games! Comes equipped with;

There is a fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and a microwave to cook meals should you decide to stay in. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Although the 2nd bathroom is in the common area, it has two entrances so that you can enter the bathroom without having to leave your room in the 2nd bedroom for additional privacy.

There is a Kroger grocery store less than a mile away to stock up on food and snacks.

Even though this location is very close to the historic district, it is far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise that accompanies the nightlife. The condo also has tons of natural light and 12' ceilings.

Free parking on the street. There are not a lot of spaces directly in front of the building, however, availability depends on how busy it is that day. There is additional free parking on the side streets as well.

Be sure to read the signs for the street sweeping schedule.

My Dad and I can be available as much or as little as you would like! If we are not available, we have someone to help out with anything you may need. We have a convenient keyless entry system so you can arrive at any time during the check-in period. We are always accessible by phone and email.

The condo is located close to so many cool spaces! Walk to the famous Gingerbread House or the fun Starland Yard, which has music, food trucks, and an all-around good vibe. It is a couple of blocks away. The area is constantly growing and improving. You may see some construction in the area. We are located in the Thomas Square area near the Streetcar District as well.

Although it is walkable, you can also utilize the free trolley when in service near the park or quick Uber and Lyft rides. PediCab Savannah is also a really fun option! Call Pedicab Savannah at 912/232-7900. They will pick you up at Forsyth Park and peddle you to your destination while you relax and sightsee in the back.
