Welcome to the stunning luxury Serenity Golf Villa situated in the prestige PGA National golf estate! This spacious 2-bedroom villa has outdoor dining and lounging on the patio, with gorgeous views of the fountain. The villa is fully-equipped with everything you need from soft, crisp white linens and towels, TV's in each bedroom and living room, dining for up to 6 guests, and a stylish and comfortable living area.

The Space

The Bedrooms

Primary Bedroom:
This luxurious primary suite has a king bed, with a high upholstered headboard, and outstanding views of the canal from the oversized window. There is an armchair, and a walk-in closet, a TV with cable, and safe for personal items. The primary suite has a private bathroom attached.

2nd Bedroom:
This comfortable space has 2 full beds with soft white linens, and topped with coastal quilts. The bedroom has a TV, luggage racks, and a spacious closet. This is the perfect room for families with kids/teens to have their own private space.

The Bathrooms:

The primary suite bathroom has a bath and shower combination,
a single vanity with exquisite granite finish and shaker cabineta, and sits conveniently off the master bedroom. Fresh white towels are provided.

2nd Bathroom:
This bathroom sits just outside the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has a step-in shower and single granite finished vanity. Fresh luxurious towels are provided.

The Dining Area:
The dining table set seats 6 guests comfortably. This intimate space is perfect for families and friends to dine in comfort and style. There are 2 additional counter stools at the kitchen island.

The Kitchen:
This remarkable open-plan kitchen boasts luxury and impeccable style. Fit with modern white shaker cabinets, and granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a filter coffee brewer, a Keurig, a blender, dinnerware service for 6, and everything you need to cook and entertain.

The Living Room:
Spend some beautiful moments with friends and loved ones in this comforting living room space. Sink into the 6 seater sofas which sits alongside the wide sliding doors and windows with stunning views off the fountain and waterway. There is direct access to the outdoor patio. There is a TV with basic cable, and the ability to stream your favorite shows.

The Patio:
Entertain in this splendid outdoor space with a 4-seater dining table under an umbrella, a propane-gas grill, and two sun loungers with views of the tranquil waterway.

The Extras:
The Villa has an iron and board, luggage racks, and a personal safe in the primary closet. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit, and all detergents are provided. We offer free high-speed WiFi and internet.

We provide mini Nest shampoo and conditioners in all the bathrooms.

The Community Amenities:
Guests are welcome at the community outdoor swimming pool.

Hit the Green (Optionally): While access to the main PGA National golf course and spa are not included for rentals, we provide information on booking private lessons and exploring other nearby sports options. Book lessons at the well-known Championship course played by world-renowned golf championship icons.

Things to Note:

- Guest must be at least 25 years old to book. All guests names will need to be provided prior to check in so they can be registered for access, and after hour gate access granted.
- Guests are required to sign the renters agreement to gain access to the PGA National. This is an HOA requirement.

***PARKING NOTICE****
Please note that the HOA does not permit trucks or pickup trucks to park in the general parking areas. Vehicles in violation are subject to fines imposed by the HOA.
- There is ample free parking available in-front of the villa.
- Gated community with a 24 hour security guard at the entrance.
- Pets are welcome! Max. 2 dogs under 25lbs (no cats) are allowed with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee paid.
