• Heated Pool: This service is available at an additional cost of $120 per night. The maximum temperature is 86°F (30°C).

RESERVATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island.

• The villa boasts the convenience of a villa attendant available Monday through Saturday, dedicating 3-4 hours each day to your service needs. This service includes daily light housekeeping, bed and room preparation, towel replenishment, kitchen cleaning, and, in the middle of the week, fresh linens are provided (on demand, included in the price).

• Please be aware that this property is generally available for weekly bookings. However, we can be flexible with this policy for stays between mid-August and mid-October, as well as for last-minute bookings within 30 days of your intended arrival date. If your travel falls within these timeframes and you're interested in booking, please reach out to us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

• As part of our service, we offer a nighttime security guard patrol service included in price.

• Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of $1,000, payable through Pay-Pal or Stripe. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours following check-out, pending no damages.
