Whether you're a snowbird seeking a warm winter haven, an intern or travel nurse looking for a temporary home, or a remote worker in need of a peaceful workspace, our property is designed to meet your needs.

Ideal for Extended Stays
Our home is perfect for long-term stays, offering all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that provide a restful night's sleep after a day of work or exploration.

Work and Play
Stay connected with high-speed internet, making it easy to balance work and leisure. After a productive day, unwind on the spacious 18x20 fenced-in patio or take a dip in the heated community salt-water pool.

Comfort and Convenience
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, along with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Minimal dish soap, dishwasher pods, and paper towels are provided to start your visit. Tenants responsible for bringing linens.

High-Speed Internet: Reliable Wi-Fi connection suitable for remote work and streaming, even strong enough to reach the pool.

Washer and Dryer: Convenient laundry facilities just across the back courtyard, accessible 24 hours. Machines can be paid through credit card or app.

Private Patio: Offers a spacious area for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months.

Parking: Designated carport spot and additional parking for an extra car or visitors.

Beach Access: Only a 3-4 minute walk via crosswalk and newly updated path. The unit is equipped with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella.

$150 application required by HOA, we will reimburse you $100 of the fee.

Located in the heart of Indian Harbour Beach, our property offers easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Explore the nearby parks, enjoy water sports, or simply relax on the pristine beaches. Downtown Melbourne for shopping is only 10 minutes away, and popular Cocoa Beach is a 20-minute drive down A1A. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are only a short trip away. Check the launch schedule and you may even catch a rocket launch from the beach during your stay!

Home away from home

Emily’s place was perfect. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. She was very easy to get in contact with for a few of the questions we had. The beds are very comfortable but just make sure you do not overlook in the description that no towels or sheets are provided. You have to bring your own. It was so nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach and u can easily see the sunrise in the morning. If you don’t want to jog/walk the beach everyday the neighborhood behind the condo was nice to jog and you can get to a very nice park called Gleason Park. It has a fitness trail, playground, lake and a lap pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Fun vacation!

Emily is a great communicator. She was quick to answer questions that we had. Townhouse is located 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location. We had fun watching the Space X launches from our door. The neighbors were a lot of fun. We enjoyed spending time with them at the pool. Great community. Thanks for a great month!

Great Location

Great townhouse 1/2 block from beach. Well equipped for our 2 month stay. Within walking distance of several great restaurants. Friendly community. Heated pool was great. Our Host Emily was a great communicator.
