*** No loud music or noise are allowed on the property, no music outside after 9 pm.
*** Early check in and late check out are the questions of availability and extra charges.
*** One day from the weekend can not be booked, the whole weekend should be taken.
*** No pets are allowed on the property.

New Wi-Fi 7 (Eero pro 7 system) for 2 GB mesh routers are installed in the house.

This spacious and cozy house is located on 5 private acres on the top of the picturesque hill, about 10 minutes to downtown Stroudsburg and only 80 minutes to New York city.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 guest rooms, including a music and game rooms, a swimming pool, pool house (with bar, grill, bathroom, sitting area), gym, fully equipped kitchen and relaxing areas.

For your conveniences there are also smart TVs, wi-fi, laundry room.

For safety reasons there are multiple surveillance cameras installed on the property outside.
