The Space:
Enjoy the outdoors by going to Dupont State Park for a hike or viewing the waterfalls. Soak in mountain views at Jump off Rock or go see a show at the Flat Rock Theater. Sip on some wine or a cold beer at one of the local wineries or breweries in town. For the adventurous type, kayak down the Green River or repel down one of the waterfalls. Take a walk through Carl Sandburg historic home which is just minutes from the property. While there also visit Mrs. Sandburg's famous goat farm which is a delight for both children and adults. Cool down with a slide down Sliding Rock in the summertime. Jeter Mountain Farm Apple Orchard is within 5 miles of The Gathering Place. At Jeter Farm there is an indoor playground for the little ones, shopping and hard cider for the adults plus apple donuts for everyone to enjoy. In the winter Moonshine Mountain snow tubing is available. Patton Park in Hendersonville has many amenities for all ages

Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need including a drip coffee maker and a Kuerig (bring your own pods). Grill on the gas grill on the back deck.
