Located on the west side of Cross Lake. Just 30 minutes from Syracuse, Baldwinsville, Skaneateles, or Auburn. Sleeps 6 plus a pull out sofa in sunroom. Fully furnished, including linens, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer and Weber grill. Enjoy 100 feet of lakefront with approximate 50 ft dock. Kayaks, multiple yard games, large fire pit, and hot tub. Large covered deck overlooking the lake and fully enclosed sunroom. Perfect for families or just a peaceful getaway. Enjoy lake swimming off the dock with floats available for your use, great fishing, lakefront bon fires, and spectacular sunrises. No events and no pets please.

Stunning place to stay.Hosts treated us like family. There is 4 of us and they had 3 kayaks and actually went out to buy another so we could all go as a family.The word fabulous is used way too often but this place and the hosts are exactly that.Thank you for an amazing stay.

The property exceeds how it is listed. The host is super personable and is truly the gold standard. The amenities are immense the location is perfect for lake relaxation with everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy some water time. We will be staying again.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience here for our family vacation!The place was SO clean and very organized it made for such a comfortable stay!They supplied everything you could think of that you may need and gave us a little tour when we checked in which was helpful.We enjoyed hot tub time, campfires, coffee on the deck with a view of the lake and card games in the enclosed porch. This is definitely a little piece of heaven.We can’t wait to be back!

It is always a bit of a gamble renting a new house sight unseen, but we hit the jackpot with this lovely home. A big part of what made our stay so pleasant was how clean and well cared for everything was. John and Kristy do not rent this property out full time, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you. This place is a gem!We spent so much time enjoying the outdoors with the dock, kayaks, fire pit and gorgeous covered deck. Thank you for a fantastic week! (2 parents, 3 teens)

A Beautiful Location for Late Fall

Comfortable and beautiful location. After the “busy season” on the lake so quiet with a lot of wildlife to view. The home was super clean with great internet and TV selection. We definitely recommend highly and will stay there again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well laid out with everything we needed to make all our meals. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the covered porch, and the hot tub & kayaks were used every day. Would love to come back next year.

If you are on the fence about booking this lakehouse, do it! The photos online truly do not do this property justice; it is so much more beautiful in person.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how impeccably clean and incredibly well-stocked the house was. The owners have clearly thought of every little detail to make their guests feel right at home, and they were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The lake itself is absolutely gorgeous. We spent so much time out on the water kayaking and fishing, which ended up being the highlight of our trip. It is the perfect spot for both relaxing and staying active.This rental really is the total package, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Great spot for family!

Spent a week here, the lake view from the house is incredible. The whole property is set up to take advantage of the views and lake access. Clean, low maintenance, easy, beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for an easier more delightful week away from home. Even caught a few fish!

Beautiful cross lake retreat!

What an amazing home- so clean, well stocked, very comfy beds with nice soft linens and SO much fun stuff to do. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, grilling, fire pit, tv or just staring at the beautiful lake- everyone can be happy here. We were even lucky enough to see 2 bald eagles each morning! I traveled with 4 adults and 1 5 year old and everyone loved the house

Lake Life

My family has decided this was one of our best vacations! We loved living "the lake life" the past few days. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, lots of good memories made. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, swimming, and the hot tub! John was easy to talk with. The house is well taken care of and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Lake House

House and property were as advertised, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds were comfy, view of sun rise in morning was awesome and plenty of space and seats to lounge inside and out.of house. Lake was great we did some kayaking and paddle boarding around it. John and his family maintain and care for this house with love. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful

If you want to relax and have beautiful views this is the place. The picture on VRBO is exactly what you see from the front of the house. It’s gorgeous! The house is beautiful and you can kayak, swim, fish. They supply it all. The hosts are warm and welcoming. I’m already planning another stay here!

Perfect for Peace and Rest

The best compliment I can give is that we would come back again and again. Not only was the property clean, and well-maintained, it had everything you could want for a vacay at the lake. It was wonderful for our family of five. We spent a lot of time fishing off the private dock, enjoying each other’s company on the deck and unwinding in the hot tub. In top of all that John and Christy are the most kind and gracious hosts. Can’t wait to come back again!

Property is exactly as listed and so much more. The owners are amazing and even took time to stop over and walk through everything we should know which was so helpful! My family enjoyed our time immensely and didn’t want to leave! So often we are ready to go home and this property, the home and the owners make it so inviting that we wanted to stay! Great time!!!

Loved the waterfront property. Use of the kayaks was great. Fishing was fun. Large backyard property for the kids to run around and enjoy being outside. Fire pit always great. Lovely lake view from the deck. Hot tub was great for sunrise and sunset. Place was super clean. Would totally recommend and visit again. Hosts were absolutely lovely!
