Right in the heart of Silverthorne, this beautiful River West Condo was built in 2020 and has everything you could ask for in a mountain rental. Get cozy by the fireplace, enjoy the onsite hot tub and outdoor firepit, or take a walk along the river. There is also a dedicated work space for those who are working remotely. The whole family will enjoy this new and modern condo.

Unit is very nice - nearly new and in a central location. Well equipped and clean. Covered parking is a nice but it is in an adjacent building.

Perfect location and amenities for our CO Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or better location. Being EPIC Local Pass Holders at Stevens Pass in WA gave us access to ski at Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge, AND Keystone, and that was our plan: Four resorts in four days. The Silverthorne location was nicely situated so we could reach each resort in less than an hour. And we found plenty of nice places to eat in Silverthorne and Frisco in the evenings.Our breakfasts were in the condo each day, and the kitchen worked perfectly for that. The fireplace is beautiful, and plenty warm when used, but we didn’t use it much because the unit feels tight and warm — no drafty leaks from the windows or doors. And the master bedroom suite is large and luxurious. One of us slept out in the living room because even though the captain’s bunk and trundle bed allow for up to five bodies, two was enough for us! The married couple enjoyed the master suite.We only had two small issues: An outside railing that was loose on the stairs, and a battery that was low in one of the thermostats. A text from me got an immediate response from the condo manager.One personal issue was altitude sickness the first night. Going from Seattle (sea level) to Silverthorne (8K) I woke the first night with a splitting headache and some nausea. But using forced breathing (i.e., an old mountaineering trick of pressing on your chest as you hold your breath, and then restricting your throat as you breathe out) worked in 15 minutes. No further problems.

Great place for a ski weekend

This is a great spot for our family two adults, a kid and a grandpa. Well kept kitchen. And bedrooms. With hot tub access after a long day. Very close to Keystone and restaurants. Look forward to staying here again.

No need to log in with our own, which makes it nice and simple!The covered parking was tight for our large SUV, but we just parked in the general lot using the permit provided. Overall loved the new vibe and decor and a main reason I booked was the size of the couch...that being said, I think it could be updated.Thank you!

Clean, modern, convenient!

Great stay in Silverthorne! Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen could have been better equipped (no kettle, very worn pans, no serving dishes), but we managed. We had major issues controlling the heat- thermostats kept adjusting up, so it was a bit warm, but it didn’t take-away from our great experience. Overall 5 stars!

Nice Spot Close to Shopping and Restaurants

Our group enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was spotless upon arrival and had many amenities that made for a pleasant stay. Our host also accomodated our request for an additional humidifier which was helpful as the air is a bit dry this time of year. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.
