Mt. Holly Condo next to the Resort

About this space
Our condo is next to the Eagle Point ski resort. Located 18.9 miles east of Beaver on Highway 153, in the beauty of the mountains. Plenty of things to see and do in the summer as well as the winter. Excellent hiking, fishing, mountain biking, ATV trails and wildlife. There is a small play ground with swings and horse shoes available during the summertime. During the winter, you can ski down to the resort, getting back to the condo will require a small walk up from the parking lot.
The space
Enjoy the beautiful area and have a nice warm place to come and relax for the evening. The kitchen is stocked for you to cook your meals. You will need to bring your own food supplies and ingredients to use for your stay. There is a fireplace and wood available during your stay. Kitchen and bathroom are on the main level. The bedroom is upstairs with a Queen bed, and a Full size bed is on the landing outside of the room. The futon and recliner couch is on the main level for additional sleeping options.
Other things to note
There is a community gas grill on the east side of the complex. You can use the metal tongs and the lighter from the condo (lighter is in the white cabinet).

This condo is next to the Eagle Point ski resort. It is not in the town of Beaver Utah. It is a 25 minute drive to Beaver from the Condo.
