Nauti Gulls est allé sous un remodelage majeur en 2017, y compris l'ajout de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, et une salle de Rec. Une piscine et un bain à remous ont également été ajoutés.

Nauti Gulls est une maison de plage ouverte et aérée avec vue panoramique sur la côte qui a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. 6 chambres (dont 3 maîtres) et 5 salles de bain complètes, avec draps et serviettes fournis. Au niveau supérieur, d��tendez-vous dans un jacuzzi privé dans la chambre principale du roi. Tous les téléviseurs sont des écrans plats. La salle de jeu avec une table de jeu de palets offre du plaisir pour de super vacances en famille.

Profitez de la vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le pont supérieur et le salon. Détendez-vous sur les ponts, sentez la brise de l'océan et admirez les magnifiques levers de soleil. Passez du temps de qualité avec les enfants dans la piscine privée avec bar et chaises au bord de la piscine. Accès direct à la salle de bain complète au niveau du sol de l'extérieur. Préparez un délicieux repas sur la station de grillades. Ou jouer au basketball ou au volleyball dans la cour. Faites une courte promenade à la plage où la famille peut jouer dans les vagues, construire un château de sable ou se détendre avec un bon livre. Le chien de la famille est également le bienvenu!

Le Nauti Gulls est situé à Whalehead Beach, à proximité des plages de Corolla, des boutiques, des restaurants, des films et des sites historiques tels que le Whalehead Club ou le phare de Currituck. Près de la zone 4 roues motrices pour des visites de la nature pittoresque et des excursions à cheval sauvages, rester à Nauti Gulls pour faire de merveilleux souvenirs et passer des vacances fabuleuses.

Great way to celebrate 50 yrs of marriage!

Great location from the beach. Easy access to pedestrian walkways. Street was quiet yet great for walking or running. Pool was amazing! Check in & out was seamless. Great home for a family getaway to the beach.

The kitchen is very well equipped , there's plenty of seating for a large group, and space to spread out. Access to the beach is only a short walk away, and the beach itself is great with a gradual drop before reaching a large sandbar -- perfect for wave riding. The lot is much bigger than average, providing play space for the dog. And the pool is beautiful. All in all, a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The week at Corolla was wonderful. The personnel at Beach Realty were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. However, the house is in need of general maintenance due to its age. It appears that the new owners are making needed maintenance upgrades, the pool was great, but several actions remain.For example, the refrigerator (ice maker did not work) and dishwasher need to be replaced; the upstairs outside deck has several loose boards in the railing; the downstairs toilet was blocked with visible human waste (unblocked by plumber); overall the house was dirty upon our arrival, etc.

The unit could use some additional items such as a table with an umbrella by the pool, additional items in the kitchen such as a cutting board and better knives. When we arrived 4 of the table lamps had no bulbs. There were no bulbs in the unit so we had to go out and purchase bulbs for the lamps. We reported a leak in the kitchen sink which did not get repaired. We also reported a problem with the front door which was not locking properly.

Dangerous ceiling fan missing a blade almost knocked out my wife.Outdoor electric socket hanging out with exposed wiring. Jacuzzi leaking into light fixture below unusable.Stereo doesn't work.Filthy dishes .If this house meets Beach Realty standards then shame on them.This place needs updating and extensive repair before you should rent it.We didn't get what we paid for. Beach R was responsive but renovating this house on my vacation dime (and maybe yours)just isn't right.If l had known before l would have passed on this one .PS : needs paint

House was pretty clean except for some dead flies on ground floor. Several windows were broken so couldn't be opened. 2nd floor screen door shock mount has rusted and is broken. Major safety concern to me is the 3rd floor deck handrail felt like if leaned on you'd end up on the concrete driveway. I would recommend the next renovations be to that rail.I would rent again and recommend to friends, but advice to be careful on that deck.

The only disappointment was the volleyball court. It was not usable as it was a mess, thorns etc. It needs to be cleaned up and have sand added. Maybe even add a cornhole setup behind it or by the driveway. We loved the pool, the room setup was great! Overall we LOVED it!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Nauti Gulls. Early October is a great time to visit the area and the house had everything that we needed. We went with the heated pool option, and I am glad that we did. It wasn't too cool out but there were a couple of days that the kids needed to burn off some energy and the water temp was warmer than the air temp. There were plenty of sleeping options and the beach is not far at all. Plenty of cutlery and everything else you need to cook and eat meals.

Nice house with plenty of space. Needs new beds. Could not sleep well on the hard mattresses. Vents need cleaning. We Loved the pool and distance to the beach is great.

Some furniture (stools, chairs) were actually falling apart. There was also a lack of outdoor furniture (eg, chairs on deck/around pool). Looks like some updating started on first floor...hopefully continues throughout house before continuing to be rented. Great location and lots of room for multiple families.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day one of our vacation was miserable but didn’t keep us down for long. As we were unpacking we noticed some windows were opened on the upper level. The problem was the windows were not able to be closed. The mechanism to close the windows was broken on a large percentage of the windows. To top it off, the screens don’t fit properly. We called for service and the maintenance man that came out was not able to close one of the windows in the master bedroom, he said we would have to wait 2 days, until Monday to put in a service order. When we went to go to bed at night the room was swarming with mosquitoes, completely uninhabitable. Called in for service again on Sunday and the maintenance man who came out then duct taped the window shut. Had some cool nights but couldn’t open any windows!! There were numerous pieces of broken furniture in the house: 2 chairs in the upper den, dresser in master bedroom, chair on deck, bed on middle level and I’m sure more. Luckily we had nice weather which made the stay enjoyable.

There were numerous pieces of broken furniture in the house: 2 chairs in the upper den, dresser in master bedroom, chair on deck, bed on middle level and I’m sure more. Luckily we had nice weather which made the stay enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day one of our vacation was miserable but didn’t keep us down for long. As we were unpacking we noticed some windows were opened on the upper level. The problem was the windows were not able to be closed. The mechanism to close the windows was broken on a large percentage of the windows. To top it off, the screens don’t fit properly. We called for service and the maintenance man that came out was not able to close one of the windows in the master bedroom, he said we would have to wait 2 days, until Monday to put in a service order. When we went to go to bed at night the room was swarming with mosquitoes, completely uninhabitable. Called in for service again on Sunday and the maintenance man who came out then duct taped the window shut. Had some cool nights but couldn’t open any windows!! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was great for our family! All loved the open upper level and deck. Everyone had their own bathroom. Grandchildren loved the pool, heating was a plus. The beach walkway was perfect for our strollers. We definitely would rent again. Loved the peace and quiet on the beach❣️
