Misty Morning Acres features a well-appointed six stall horse barn, a chicken paddock, and a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats known for their friendly personalities and compact size. Visitors can meet the farm's adorable Bantam Chickens, renowned for their petite stature and delightful feather patterns. From time to time, guests may also encounter a visiting horse or two on the property, adding to the farm's authentic equestrian charm.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted personally by the property owners, who reside in the main house. Our meet and greet check- in ensures you feel welcomed and informed about the amenities and guidelines for your stay. After check- in, you'll have access to your own private entrance via a secure key code and a designated parking space, allowing you to come and go at your leisure.

To Maintain the peaceful and clean environment our visitors appreciate, we have a few important policies in place:
**Non- smoking and non-vaping property: For the safety and comfort of all guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property.

The guest house is equipped with a smart thermostat for your comfort and convenience. To protect the HVAC system and maintain efficiency in the Florida climate, the thermostat is preset to no lower that 70*F. Guests are welcome to adjust the temperature above this setting to suit their preference.

**No pets permitted: While we adore animals on the farm, we ask that guests leave their pets at home.

**Strict adherence is required: Guests not following these policies will be turned away without a refund.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
We understand that travelers may have unique needs, and we're pleased to offer:
Parking for small trailers, perfect for those bringing kayaks, small boats, or other recreational gear.
EQUESTRIAN ACCOMODATIONS
Horse owners are welcome to stay with their horses for an additional fee, self-care, making our farm an excellent option for equestrian travelers exploring the area. Prior approval is required.

Check in is between the hours of 3 pm to 9 pm. NO MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT CHECK-INS.
