We offer a King bedroom, twin hall bunks, a Queen sleeper sofa, and an upstairs loft area with two twin beds & a queen bed. Enjoy the spacious courtyard around our community pool (heated seasonally), multiple grilling areas, and even EV charging. Beaching it is a breeze with a gated access right across the street, just a short walk away. We can’t wait to host you at SeaCove!

SeaCove is a perfect location for those seeking some rest & relaxation but also FUN! Our gated community is a small group of condos, all facing the pool and courtyard that you'll see those of all ages enjoying daily. Our large gated pool area offers sun loungers, shaded areas, and even life-size Connect 4 & cornhole for guests to enjoy. Charcoal grilling areas are located throughout the complex as well. For those in need of an EV charger, the complex offers a first come-first serve charging station as well.
A short walk across the courtyard, to the entrance of our gated community & across Scenic 98...you're at the beach! We have a gated access exclusive for our guests, making it as easy as can be to get your toes in the sand.

Parking:
SeaCove has 1 designated parking space Please only park between the white lines in the spot marked "9F". We can't stress enough how important it will be to plan your vehicle arrangement prior to arrival, as public parking is a hot commodity & very rare to find off site.

Our family friendly home offers a pack & play, high chair, baby gates for the stairs, and plastic kids plates, cups, bowls & silverware included at our home for guest use.

Coffee drinkers can enjoy both a standard drip coffee pot & a Keurig...just bring along your favorite coffee & cream to enjoy sipping a cup of Joe watching the sunrise each morning.

Important Information:
Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is typically booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

Seacove's beach is private for the guests in the Seacove subdivision. The beach has a coded gate that enables other Seacove residents to access the beach. However, the beach is not open to the public.

Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

-This is a 2nd story condo, with no elevator access, stairways only.
-We regret that we are unable to accommodate any early check in unless we have communicated otherwise the day of your arrival. Please review all messages sent prior to your stay, and travel accordingly to arrive anytime after 4pm (Central Standard Time).
-Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival & we attempt to catch every detail. If something needs attention upon check-in, please notify us ASAP so that we can properly address the issue. Please keep in mind that we are a small business that strives for the best, and that cleaning is done by fallible humans. Although we have a stellar cleaning crew, mistakes happen, and they are happy to remedy anything that was overlooked.
-We do not rent to student groups/under age 25 at any time. No exceptions can be made.
-We are not pet friendly, unfortunately no exceptions.
-Checkout time is 10am and any guests or belongings on property after 10am will be subjected to an additional days and cleaning fee charge. Late checkout is not permitted.
-No illegal activity is permitted. No smoking in condo or on balcony at any time, or full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal.
-Any excess trash should be bagged & taken to the designated dumpster.
-Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees & doors should not be left open. If ac issues are caused by guest freezing unit with temp found under 70 degrees/doors left open, guest is deemed responsible for repairs.
-Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our complex. Parking is restricted to the ONE parking space in front of the unit, so please plan your vehicle arrangements prior to arrival. Towing fees apply to any violation of this.
-Any and all issues must be disclosed during your stay prior to checkout or you will be held liable for any issues/damages. Property manager must be notified and given the ability to resolve any and all issues during your stay, or guests accept full responsibility.
-This property is AS IS and owners/managers are not held responsible for incidents, lack of amenities, or any other problems incurred. No refunds are issued for any reason whatsoever, and this is acknowledged by agreeing to these house rules.
-Checkout recommendations are: Strip linens from beds that have been used upon checkout, take excess trash to the dumpster in the back of the complex, and start dishes in dishwasher with provided detergent.
-We strongly recommend guests purchase rental/travel insurance for their own peace of mind during their trip.
