No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYING GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING, it is not ok to bring friends or family that are not part of your booking, the property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests, it's not a clubhouse. Please note, that violations will result in booking termination at the guest's expense, as noted in the rules and conditions of guest agreement.

Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $45 per day, All pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip, the service will get pool and spa to 90f and 95f. Please note, that while we do our best in order to maintain our equipment in top working condition, we cannot guarantee pool heating, as sometimes the heater can run into issues. It's unusual, but in the event, that the pool heater is malfunctioning, a refund will be issued for the heating charges.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.

Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, and damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

A propane grill is available for guests, use it at your own risk. There is no fee for using the grill, but guests are responsible for their own propane, If needed you can do a refill exchange at the 7-Eleven nearby.
