The Space:
Enjoy peace and privacy with two bedrooms, complete with luxury linens and comfortable beds. Fast Wifi throughout, a full kitchen, and an oceanfront living room make this the perfect space to relax and enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Conchas Chinas beach, one of the most beautiful in the area, is directly in front of the building. You can enjoy the swimmable waters, soft sand, and even take out a complimentary kayak or paddleboard.

Our amenities are best-in-class, with a stunning rooftop pool deck, jacuzzis, restaurant & bar, gym, lower level pool, room service, on-site concierge, and more.
*Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Notice of Upcoming Maintenance:
Please note that from June 2 to November 7, there will be maintenance affecting some common areas, including the rooftop, P1 hallway, and lobby. This will include temporary closures and changes to access routes and services.

CONCIERGE:
The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival.

RESTAURANT:
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch.
-Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

ROOM SERVICE
- This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week.

POOLS:
- The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
(Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool)
FITNESS CENTER:
- Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed.

PARKING:
- One parking spot might be available in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly.

BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front!

A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences, and applies to all reservations.

The Neighborhood:
Just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Puerto Vallarta, we are located in Conchas Chinas. This beautiful neighborhood is made up mostly of villas in between lush mountains and the ocean.

Just a few minutes drive from Old Town and the Romantic Zone, offering a captivating blend of traditional charm, vibrant culture, and stunning natural beauty. This enchanting area is a must-visit destination for travelers seeking an authentic Mexican experience infused with art and a lively atmosphere.

You'll find yourself immersed in a vibrant tapestry of colors, sounds, and aromas. Food lovers will delight in the diverse culinary scene that awaits. Getting Around:
You can walk into town along quiet cobblestone streets, or take a 5 minute Uber/Taxi into town.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this unit does not have a 100% seal on the windows in the Living Room, so during the summer months (June-October) the Air Conditioning will not make the room freezing cold. It will still cool the room, but not to very cold temperatures.
