House was beautiful with modern updates. It's very close to the airport, stadium (we went for the louisville/pitt game), Churchill downs, and downtown shopping and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!
We had plenty of room to spread out in this lovely home. Nice family room and large TV were a plus. Huge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry were a big help! Close to campus and downtown.
the property was very clean and cofortable, beds were comfortable, we liked everything about it. The only downside was with the proximity to the airport i guess there is a lot of air freight that goes in and out of that airport because between what seemed to be about 1-2 am through about 4 or 5 am there were constant jets taking off and if you in the front master bedroom there are many windows, and this was hard to sleep. Others on the inner bedrooms said it was not an issue for them
This property was such a great surprise for our friends. I had been looking at properties for 8 adults who were doing the bourbon trail. The host at BNB Louisville helped me select just the right property for this group. It was designed to be a speakeasy replica from the era of Al Capone. Besides the great decor, there was plenty of room for 8 people. I canât say enough good things about BNB Louisville. Weâll be back!
We have triplets who are turning 26. We always try to get them together for their bday since thatâs how they came into the world. Two other family members also have birthdays during this time. The youngest triplet is now based in Louisville, so we brought the party to him.
This property was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone! The owner, Eric was amazing at contacting us and making sure we had everything possible to make our stay wonderful! We even discussed how beautiful his home was. My daughter was saying how she was going to use ideas from this gorgeous property to decorate her new home!đ. Eric generously told her to steal whatever ideas she wanted to!đ. We will definitely try to rent this property for any future trips to Louisville! Thank you Eric and Wayne!
The 3 couples in our group enjoyed a long weekend at this updated Victorian home. Some high points: Good location (with off street parking) for an early morning walk. Nice TVs (it was Ryder Cup weekend) and good seating in the family room. Sizable kitchen with all amenities, good counter and bar space (and bar ware). Convenient to our bourbon trail path (Maker's Mark, Woodford Reserve and Castle and Key. Prodigy Winery became a late add). Spent the evenings playing games around the dining room table as well as outside on the deck and around the large gas fire pit in 6 large Adirondack chairs. From the time we reserved the home until check out, the communication with/from Eric was great. In addition to the "typical" communication, he emailed to check in and encourage us to let him know if we had any questions or needed anything. Would definitely recommend.
Loved this property! Perfect for friends getting together for the bourbon trails along with Interstate accessible. Loved the cleanliness, charm, how comfortable the home felt and the openness of the first floor. The host was always responsive when questions were asked beforehand and was there immediately for something needed when we first arrived. I cannot say enough great things. We all agreed we would definitely book this property again.
