Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhome!
**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Located on Deer Valley Drive in the highly sought-after lower Deer Valley Area of Old Town Park City Greyhawk Unit 3 welcomes you. This recently decorated gorgeous home will put you within walking distance to all the wonderful attractions and activities offered by Historic Downtown Park City, including; world-class restaurants, shopping boutiques, Art Galleries, and the Town Lift Ski Access. You are also a short, free bus ride to Kimball Junction, Canyons Resort, and Silverlake Lodge.
The home is decorated with the local artists' work of Patrick Brookes and Bret Webster (Gallery on Main Street), featuring three levels over 1,300 square feet. With two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests in complete comfort.
Upon entering the home you will find yourself in the cozy mudroom area, complete with equipment hooks and a convenient bench. Beyond the entryway is the beautiful main living space with kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Living Room: This room is newly decorated and boasts vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, a plush sectional with a queen, Posturepedic sofa bed, gas fireplace, and a 55â Smart TV, Step out onto the private deck w and have a coffee or a nice wine where you'll find outdoor seating and table, as well as beautiful surrounding views of the mountains and Park City trails.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stunning stone countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances - including a gas range, ice maker, and island seating for two.
Dining Area: This area has four lush chairs with additional seating to 6 with the 2 additional folding chairs located in the lower level closet.
**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Master Suite â King-size bed, 50" Smart TV, and private bath with double sinks, stone countertops, and a jetted tub/shower combo and a large walk-in closet with shelving unit.
Bedroom 2 â Queen over Queen Adult bunk bed (2,000 pound capacity per bunk ), 33" Smart TV, plush sofa, and en suite bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo. This room also hosts the stackable washer/dryer unit and a large walk-in closet.
