* A Quick, Honest Heads-Up on Pricing
We always want to be upfront and transparent—so there are no surprises when booking.

VRBO handles all payments directly, and some of the fees you’ll see are set by VRBO or third parties (not us as the host- we literally have no control over the money other than receiving the income after your family departs once after VRBO takes their large commission for themselves).

Here’s a simple breakdown of what you may see at checkout:

1. Nightly Rate (the base cost of your stay)
2. Guest Service Fee (VRBO’s fee)
3. Taxes (required by the state/county)
4. Cleaning Fee (paid directly to our professional cleaners)
5. Property Protection Fee. VRBO may give you an option for a deposit instead.
→ This is required by VRBO and goes to a third-party insurance provider, not the host. It helps cover accidental damage so guests aren’t stuck with large unexpected costs.
6. Admin Fee
→ This supports guest communication, maintenance and making sure everything runs smoothly during your stay.

Remember you are MOST Important and we want to make sure you are well cared for!

From our side, we don’t add hidden fees—and whenever possible, we love to apply discounts to help make your stay even better. In fact, 99% of the time, there's a early bird discount.

Our goal is simple:
Clear pricing, no surprises, and a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. If you ever have questions about pricing, we’re always happy to walk through it with you
