Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout was spacious and inviting, making it easy to feel right at home. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything simple and stress-free. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Hockey weekend

Awesome owner/manager. Responsive and pleasant. The house was awesome. Great for adults and kids. Tons of space, never once crowded. Close to the rink/waterpark. 5 min if that walk. We will be back!

Fantastic ski in ski out!!

The condo is clean, well equipped with everything needed for a ski vacation. Soo much space for activities. Comfy beds, and nice fixtures.

Gregory, I"m so glad that you loved the place. I will for sure look into the chairs, that needs to be addressed. For the kitchen cabinets, if not locked I think it's OK. I hope the booze didn't offend you, it was perhaps left from previous people. I'll ask the cleaner to take it home or make clear that it is welcome to be shared. Parking passes are annoying, it's a badly executed HOA plan that I am doing my best to go along with. I appreciate your cooperation and hope it didn't impact you. Great Townhouse on Racoon Run

Best townhouse we've rented at Jay (and we've rented a number of them.) Kitchen was excellent with all amenities needed to cook large meals for hungry skiiers. Beds were very comfortable. Check in/ Check out was very easy. Owner's communication was great. Outstanding trip! We will be back.

Yearly Jay Peak trip!

Our group of friends & family have stayed at Jay ski in- ski outs for 5 years. We had a great time skiing, snow boarding, playing games, doing puzzles & eating lots of food.This place was a perfect fit for all our needs!!!

Fantastic Ski-In/Ski-Out Stay at Jay Peak!We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our weekend at Jay Peak. The check-in process was super easy, and the unit itself was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing ski getaway.The ski-in/ski-out access was a huge bonus — so convenient for getting right onto the mountain. The location made our trip even better.Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Jay Peak. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Ski Weekend

We had a great time staying at this slope side condo. The 5 bedroom unit was comfortable for my family with plenty of space. Nice view of the mountains looking out kitchen window. Just a few steps out front door to Raccoon Run. Would definitely book it again next year.

We were a group of 10, ages 76 to 2. Everyone had a GREAT time.....plenty of room for all!! The downstairs area, with 2 bedroom was a nice getaway for the "teens" in the group.....video games and TV along with chess. There was plenty of room for eating together between the large table and high stools at breakfast bar. We attempted to do a puzzle, but didn't get to finish with skiing/boarding and eating, but a good group project attempted. Lots of good family bonding time too!!

Our stay was simply amazing

Our stay here was amazing. Everything was just as we had expected it to be. My family who flew in from England, were so appreciative of the space in the lower level that was "just for them". It is to access and close to everything, including our wedding venue in Westfield. We will definitely tell all of our friends about it! Our host, Susie was so accommodating and quick to respond to all questions and allowed for a late check out, which was awesome and much appreciated.

Hi Jerry, I'm sorry you were disappointed. I will discuss the oven with the cleaner, it is surprising as she is usually so careful as can be seen by other reviews. As I explained, the water is not hooked up to the ice maker because of the flood risk. We supply plenty of ice cube trays instead. I'm not sure how you managed to break the brand new microwave oven plate. I wish you would have let me know so I could have gotten a new one on order.

Ski weekend

This has been our women’s group destination for 2 years in a row now. We love to find locations that offer alpine , nordic, snowshoe and hiking options. The sledding on the ski hill was an added bonus. Susie has been a wonderful host and the town house is comfortable and spacious! We managed to even find room for 9 of us to watch movies and do yoga .A very convenient location and a house that meets all our needs! Thank you Susie!

Needs updating and repairs

Location is great when lift is operating. Only 2 of 7 days ( one day entire mountain closed due to storm) condo is in need of upgrades and repairs. A heads up prior to arrival on needed repairs would have eliminated several calls to Susie.

Karen, no real surprise here. Jay is a special kind of place, tucked into the NEK that is not always a good fit for all travelers. You visited Jay during its best Winter holiday season for years. It has had SO MUCH SNOW that people have been overflowing with joy and gratitude for life. With that snow and winter storm weather, comes other considerations, like mountain closures (hopefully followed by powder days). It was given these conditions, that the gas fire broke down in the few days before your stay. Extremely high winds caused the issue and also an issue for many of the central heating systems. As I explained, my technician was unable to visit V121 during your stay, because he prioritizes emergency visits for properties with no heat. The team were slammed for the first week in January, and sadly, our need for a gas fire was simply a low priority for him. Regarding the allegation that the property 'needs updating and repairs', again, this suggests to me that you are not a Jay Peak perennial. If the reader cares to look at any of my reviews, they will see that people time and time again suggest that this place is one of the best they have visited. I checked through your list of issues that you sent me on departure, and it seems that most were user error. The patio door works fine, the drier has no issues. The house is older and 100% functional, and the owners have no intention of doing a 2020's makeover. It is well represented in the pictures and loved by most guests!

Great location - Great space - Great family experience on the mountain at Jay Peak

Our family (Kids and grandchildren) had a great week is this 5 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse located in just off the Village lift. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out if needed or gather together. The unit was very homy and comfortable. As I mention it is a prime location next to the Village lift (ski in and out) which is a great beginner lift and gives advanced skiers access to the upper mountain lifts. The grandchildren could ski back to the unit to warm up or have a snack when needed. The waterpark and arcades where a quick 5-7 minute walk through the adjacent parking lot. Overall just a great family experience staying at the mountain and we look forward to next year.

What an amazing property! Host was very responsive and clear communication. Very clean property beds and bath with supplies. Full kitchen with everything we needed to cook and serve family meals. The girls enjoyed their own space on the lower level with TV room and games. We visited off season for a dance competition, so unable to speak to the skiing experience. Waterpark at the resort was accessible. 5-10 minute walk to the resort area where there is a small general store/deli. A couple of restaurants and a coffee shop at the resort that were pretty good. Would definitely consider this property again! Thank you!
