The Sunset Hills gated complex offers lush landscaping along with 6 pools! Located in the prime location of Las Palmas, it's the ultimate escape for those looking to explore the best that the area has to offer and experience a memorable stay!
The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the townâs most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.
One of Las Palmas residentsâ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.
The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a seating area for 6 people, perfect for enjoying a movie night or relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a double-door fridge and oven, providing all the necessary amenities for cooking up a delicious meal. For those who enjoy grilling, the first floor features a gas BBQ and an outdoor seating area for 4-6 guests, creating the ideal atmosphere for a barbecue with friends and family. Enjoy the convenience of your own washer inside of the unit.
On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable bedding that sleeps up to 4 guests. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request. The second floor also has a balcony with a seating area, allowing you to take in the fresh air and enjoy the views.
One full bathroom and a half bath ensure that there's enough space for everyone to get ready in the morning. The shaded rooftop patio on the top level is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the partial ocean view. It features a charcoal BBQ, a gas BBQ, a patio set with plenty of seating, and an outdoor dining area suitable for 4 guests, making it the ideal place to entertain or simply relax and unwind.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the hostâs control.
Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
The unit is located on two floors. There are two small steps to the ground floor that features the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and the rooftop patio on the third. This property might not be idea for guests with mobility difficulties.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.
