Your beautiful vacation “sea”clusion has been fully remodeled and includes all new appliances, new linens, smart TV’s in every room and a brand new updated and fully stocked kitchen!
Located in Tower 1, you’re directly on the beach, with a private beach entrance, that also includes a complimentary setup of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with your rental! ($50 per day value during season which is mid March- October.)
Enjoy the beach or sit by the pool/spa and order your favorite snack or beverage from the Tiki bar on site (seasonal) while gazing at the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen.

The Space:
Enjoy gorgeous views of the Emerald Coast from every room in almost 1500 square feet of living space!
The living room has a queen sleeper, two comfy chairs and a smart roku tv! It opens up to a spacious balcony with gorgeous oceanfront views, as well as west facing views of the coastline! There is dining for 6 on the patio, along with 2 additional balcony chairs and lounger to enjoy the priceless oceanfront views and listen to the crashing waves!
The newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen has all the basics needed to prepare full meals during your stay! Along with amazing western shoreline views, it features a brand new fridge with two types of ice and filtered water when you open the door! The bar area will seat 3 people and the dining area can seat 6-7, plus the additional dining for 6 on the patio!

Where you’ll sleep:


Bedroom#1: Master bedroom with king bed, 55 inch smart tv, a separate entrance to the balcony with oceanfront views, a private master bathroom with a shower, a separate tub and double sink vanity.

Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a smart tv and gulf views! Opens to the second bath with a walk in shower.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a smart tv and beautiful city views. Has separate access to the second bath right across the hall.

Bonus Bunk Bed area: Two full size beds in the hallway giving this condo the capacity to sleep 10!

All bedside tables have easy access to plug in USB ports.


Additional items provided:

A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your use, along with detergent pods to use during your stay (only the detergent provided may be used in the machines to keep them hypoallergenic.)

A starter kit of dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, sponge, paper towels, dish towels, trash bags and hand soap will also be provided.

All towels, (except beach towels), starter toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash, makeup washcloths and handsoap will be provided.

A beach wagon, extra umbrella and cooler and a few beach toys will also be there for your use.

Extra throw blankets, pack and Play and a high chair/booster seat.

Guest access:

Guest will access the unit via their own code for the door lock. Door code access will be provided before check in. There is a $55 resort fee that is paid directly to the resort at check in, which will include wristbands and a parking pass for one vehicle. An additional parking pass is available for $35. Pre-registration is now available to save time at check in.
This will give access to 2 pools, 2 spas, the fitness center, tiki bar, restrooms by the tiki bar, Coffee bar (Tower 2), beach front walkway from the resort, and the grill area at either pool. Grand Panama Wristbands must be worn to access all amenities.

Other:

All guest are required to provide a photo ID and email address to esign the rental agreement after booking. Future communications for resort information, check in and check out instructions will be sent to the email address provided.
