Great place to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation. This condo is immaculately clean and decorated so nice. It was so cozy for our family vacation with my grandkids and my daughter and her husband. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Chris and Lisa for being such responsive and accommodating host. I hope to come back every year!

Wonderful hosts and condo

This is a beautiful condo fully equipped with everything you need for a great trip. Chris and Lisa were communicative and even arranged for an early check-in to accommodate our schedule. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy the Pawley’s Island community

Comfortable condo and a great location!

We loved staying here for our annual girls trip! The "girls" consist of two kids 1 and 5 and it was perfect for them! The condo was clean and spacious enough for us to spread out. The condo is right across from a pool which my kids absolutely loved! We hope we can stay at the Bunker again next year!

Fantastic stay!

Rental was accurate to its description, was comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The host was *always* responsive to any needs and very easy to communicate with. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas (as well as sand toys) being provided for us and everything was in great condition. We will not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Chris and Lisa could not have been more welcoming and helpful! The pictures are accurate and the place was extremely clean! They answered any questions we had and were answering questions even during our stay! We can’t wait to come back!!

Spring trip

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! This is our second time staying here and we hope for many more trips- we love the Pawleys Island area. Condo was beautiful and clean and the location was perfect. Thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from fully stocked kitchen, games, books, and beach gear. Perfect location for golf, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also loved having the pool and hot tub right outside the front door.

Great place by the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. Property was as pictured, very clean, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen and lots of extras with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys to use for the beach. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Steps away from the pool/hot tub was convenient for the kids. Unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed the location and Pawley’s Island very much. We had a great weekend!

5 Star Beautiful Condo

We booked a 3 week stay. We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all types of dishes, pots and pans and bowls and every type of utensil. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and everything to take to the beach including a cooler and wagon. The screened in porch was beautiful for morning coffee or evening drinks. We will definitely come back again.

Great getaway trip

This place was the perfect getaway. The inside had all we could ask for and was very clean and open. The pamphlet left inside by the host was very helpful in figuring out places to eat and learning more about the condo. We used the pool and hot tub every day since it was so close and convenient. Everyone we ran into were more than friendly. Chris and Lisa were really helpful communicating with us during the stay. We got great use out of the outdoor grill. Pawleys Island in general is a great place to stay and this condo is in the middle of all of the best golf courses this place has to offer.

Wonderful stay!

Chris and Lisa’s property was exactly like the pictures and description. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The hosts were by far the easiest host to communicate with. The location is great and the resort is quiet and clean. The pool is as described and is steps from the property. Make sure to carry your bracelets to pool because they will ask to see them, and will check several times. We will definitely stay at “Bunker by the Beach” again. Thank you, Chris and Lisa for sharing your beautiful property with us and being such great hosts!

Everything we needed close by

Our family of five adults gathered together to stay for a week. We were close to several golf clubs, beaches and restaurants. The location is on the golf course and it was nice and quiet with plenty of parking. We used the pool that was right across the parking lot and also used the tennis courts to play pickleball. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler, an umbrella etc. The free parking pass for the local park was a plus. Check in and out was simple. Would stay again if we return. Much better than staying in a hotel or in the busier Myrtle Beach area.

Very Nice

The property was very nice. It has everything you require and is in nice condition. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars was because the master bedroom lamps were very dusty as were the ceiling fans throughout the condo. A minor issue. It is very close to beaches and shopping. We love Pawleys Island and this place was perfect for the stay. The grandchildren really enjoyed it as a large pond with many turtles and the pool were right across the road.

Perfect spot to stay for weekend wedding

We came to Pawley's Island for a family wedding, with events scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There were five of us: me, my husband, our son, and my sister and her husband. The condo was centrally located for all the events, and it was great to have a place with a living room to hang out in-between events, as opposed to staying in hotel rooms. The condo was in immaculate condition, and Lisa and Chris had a wonderful binder that included information on local eateries and parks, among other things. We were able to use their parking pass to enter a nearby state park for free, and we used their beach chairs for a couple hours on the beach. There was a pickle ball tournament for wedding guests, and my son use one of their paddles. Whenever I sent them a message, they responded almost immediately. If there's another family wedding at Pawley's Island, we will definitely stay there again.
