We are welcoming relief workers and their families. We have driveway parking for 6 trucks. All utilities are working and we have high speed internet. We have 3 King size beds and 2 twin beds. We welcome you and thank you for the work you are doing to help the area.

Should you need anything I am only a phone call or text away. We have on-call professionals for anything you may require.

Enjoy the mountain views as you sip a warm beverage on the front deck or back porch; enjoy the quaint pond at the entrance of our community; and bring your fishing pole because it is stocked. Breathe deep and take in the clean mountain air. Namaste.

Our home is brand new, and you will have all three bedrooms and two baths that are located on the main level of the home.

* There is an upstairs, but it is an unfinished space and we keep it locked. We appreciate you selecting our property, as this will help us to be able to expand our home in the future. We hope you enjoy your stay so much that you come back to visit and see what we have done with the space.

~If you are vacationing with kids, our rental is family-friendly, and children and adults of all ages are sincerely welcome.

~Our living room invites you to snuggle up on our latte leather sofa and loveseat. Enjoy the 65-inch Roku Ultra High definition flatscreen TV or the 75-inch wall-to-wall windows that look out into beautiful wooded nature. Rental comes with Disney+, Hulu+, the Hallmark Channel, and Netflix.

~The master suite is fashioned with a king-size Colton Heirloom collection mattress handmade right here in Asheville, NC. There is a designated workspace and Roku flat-screen tv. Don't forget an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Sleep well and late into the day, as all blinds are blackout and remote-controlled. You will appreciate the white noise machine if you are like me and go to bed early while your family stays up playing games or laughing at fun family stories.

~Beverage bar: Finding it hard to wake up after the best sleep of your life?!? Please help yourself to a cup of Joe with our Krueger coffee maker. Or seep yourself some tea and use our Cosori tea kettle. Grab your favorite food and head to our kitchen; it has cooking essentials for cooking a culinary feast (pots, pans, Cuisinart mixer, crockpot, Vitamix blender, large deep pan for your Turkey, meat thermometer, and more).

~ Deck and Porch: Sit in our rocking chairs and take in the sunrise. Or get your warrior pose on and do some yoga with the mountains as your backdrop.

~Blue Room: Are you bringing friends with you? Our blue bedroom also has a king-size green tea memory foam mattress with a designated workspace and Roku flatscreen TV.

~Tent room: Need a Pinterest moment? Or do you need nostalgia from your childhood camping trips? Enjoy the woodland theme tent room with a stuffed campfire, s'mores, and throw pillows that look like natural wood! We have lanterns to round out the indoor camping experience.

~Technology: Not only does our home come with fast high-speed internet, but exclusively for our guests, all four televisions have a subscription to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu+, The Hallmark Channel, and Roku TV. The master and tent rooms have remote-controlled blackout blinds. There is an intelligent nest thermostat to keep you comfortable and an electric fireplace with various heat and flame settings.

I am a mom of 4 young kids; I have thoughtfully equipped this home so you can indeed have a vacation.

*Travel light: if you need anything else, we suggest Babyquip; you can rent strollers, bouncers, carriers, car seats, and more from local retailers. They are delivered before your stay and picked up when you leave.

We have a large driveway where you can fit four cars comfortably. Please do not park on the road.

Disclaimer*
-Hot water- We have an amazing water heater for long luxurious baths; we have added a hot water regulator so that nobody ever gets scolded; the regulator at 120 degrees caps the water temperature.
-Windows- we have state-of-the-art brand new windows that have safety notches, so littles cannot open the windows more than 4 inches without an adult pushing in the notches.
- Outlets- We have tamper-resistant outlets. These types of electrical outlets utilize a built-in physical barrier to prevent the entry of foreign objects. The internal shutters open only when you insert a two-pronged or grounded plug.
- All mattresses and pillows are hypoallergenic.
- Our oven, fireplace, and water heater are all electric.

* Our neighborhood is a new development, a parade of homes community, and still has some construction during regular work hours. Not on the weekends. We welcome you to stay during the week and don't think you will be bothered, but we want to be upfront with the possibility. I like to go to bed before the rest of my family, so there is a white noise machine available to keep any unwanted noise out (this is also good if you want to put the kids to bed and enjoy some time on the deck without worry of waking the kiddos:-)

*We are located in the mountains with beautiful nature around; if doors are left open, nature could come in. We do treat for pests, but it is best to close the doors behind you.

*Our home sits atop a small hill to maximize the views. To enter our home, we have 12 stairs leading up to our front and back deck from our driveway. These are well-lit with a motion sensor flood light.

House Rules
*NO SMOKING and NO VAPING- We are very particular about the soaps and cleaning supplies we use in our home; we have young kids who are highly allergic to harsh chemicals, smoke, and toxins. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed on our property. Please note that these toxins will cause the home owner's children to need to visit the doctor. Please do not book our home if your stay will be negatively affected by not smoking or vaping; we want you to enjoy your visit to the Asheville area. We thank you in advance for your help in keeping our family and property safe.

* Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain community has to offer.

*Trash will need to be placed inside the bins on the back side of the home. If the trash cans get full during your extended stay, please let us know, and we will have our team pick them up so that we do not attract any animals... did someone say bears, eek :-) This is a possibility we do live in the breathtaking mountains that his home to wildlife.

*Any damage or excessive messes that need additional cleaning and/or repairs, the cost will be passed on to the guest.

*Upon checkout, please leave dirty dishes running in the dishwasher.

Other things to note
* We want your stay to be memorable for all the right reasons. If you notice something in the home that requires repair, please reach out to us directly, and we will take action to remedy the issue as soon as possible.
*We love our turnover team, and we pay our cleaners a true living wage. The owners pay the other 1/2 of the cleaning fee to keep your costs low.
*We stock the home with sheets, towels, and ample supplies. However, based on the size of your group and your needs (sometimes Grandpa really goes after the TP), you might need to bring more than what we have provided. If you stay for an extended period, we are happy to drop off essentials as we want your stay to be as pleasant and clean as possible.
