Loved our stay. Cottage was clean and cozy. Pretty easy to find, not far from Twillingate. I loved lounging on the deck with my morning coffee. Had all the amenities needed. Enjoyed the view of the water and the quiet surroundings. We would recommend the cottage to anyone staying in the area.
Hatchet Harbour Cottage was a delight. It was clean, cozy, well-appointed, close to Twillingate, quiet, and had a great view. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return!
A very homey atmosphere with all the kitchen implements you might need as well as a washer and dryer with laundry soap. We had a lovely stay with a nice quiet view of the bay.
Very nice cabin. Comfortable. Sketchy internet, so if you are looking to unplug itâs a good place. Beautiful area but 30 minutes from stores restaurants
Hatchet Harbour Cottage was beautiful. Very very clean, extremely comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed. We loved having a coffee on the picnic table out back, just looking out over the water. Just a short drive to many surrounding communities. We would definitely stay again. Our host, Marie, was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. If you're looking for a place to relax aftwr a day of touring, this is your place.
A cozy cabin in a very quiet setting, a short drive from Twillingate. The bedrooms are very small and far from the bathroom. The kitchen is well-appointed and the small living room is cozy. WiFi inconsistent. Pretty view from backyard and also a short walk away. Lovely area.
We could not find the cottage # at the property. Had to drive into the driveway and see if the door was the same as the photo. The view was awesome but I wasn't able to swimm there. Everything else was excellent.
The cottage was very clean and comfortable and I appreciate that. The separate bedrooms were lovely for 2 friends traveling together. My only frustration was the remote locate to Twillingate. It was far enough away that you wouldnât go back and forth. Information provided in the cottage was misleading as to distance to Twillingate eateries. While there was a view of the cove from the deck it did not appear to be accessible. Not having traveled in NL before I was unaware of the limited options for 2 bed accommodations and the cottage was perfect for that.
Marie was very responsive to questions. It would have been helpful if the #8 had been visible on the cottage as we werenât sure at first which one was ours. Other than that, the cottage is clean and comfortable - but about a 15-20 minutes into town (depending upon whether you drive the posted speed limit which very few do).
Beautiful stay at the Cove, Ocean View and Hatchet Harbour, so peaceful! Canât thank our host Marie enough for going out of her way to make our NFLD the best
