Great location just a couple blocks from upper King St. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Charleston and we really enjoyed this property and the location. The unit is spacious and clean and the AC was great to come back to after days out in the hot summer sun. It's very close to upper King St, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The street is small and quiet, though, and you can walk in the other direction to some other good restaurants and coffee shops. Because of the heat, we took rideshares down to the historic district and to Sullivan Island for a great day at the beach. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in Charleston! The place was very convenient to King Street. We were able to walk to many of the historical sites on our bucket list! Would highly recommend to anyone going to Charleston. Host was also very responsive to any needs.

Beautifully decorated and cozy in a great location. Bathrooms were small but it worked fine for 2 of us, as we each had our own. Convenient off street parking, comfortable king sized bed and nice kitchen.

The host was quick to answer my questions. The home is in a great location with coffee and restaurants within a short walk. The bed is extremely comfortable! Having to bathrooms was great.

A very comfortable and well maintained place to settle in when visiting CHS. Close enough by short walk to King Street and all that it has offer. The porch was a delight to sit and enjoy and the amenities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner very responsive to questions and offering solutions. Thanks for a great stay!

Fall in Charleston

Wonderful weather and excellent location. Great for the two of us and our dog. Walkable to King Street, while also having enough restaurants in the neighborhood where you don't need to go to King.

Birthday Weekend

We stayed at The Sutton-B for my sister-in-law’s birthday. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The added advantage was the reserved parking space. The surrounding area included many wonderful restaurants . We were conveniently located near everything we could possibly want. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We came to Charleston for a few days to attend a show. This rental was in a great location near things to do, many in walking distance or a short drive. The house was comfortable and exactly as described. The communication with Stay Duvet was excellent, if we had questions they had answers and were quick to respond. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Sutton B

First off let me say this place is adorable. It’s an older house so you’ll notice the windows and frames need work. But it’s part of the charm. If you like to walk, it’s very close to many things. We had a great stay here and would recommend. There were a couple of things I want to address though. Since this unit is on the ground floor, you have no privacy. The sidewalk runs along the side of the house. We had to keep the blinds down to prevent people from looking in. The people who rent the upper unit walk directly by the living room and kitchen windows to get to the stairs leading up. Again, we had to keep the blinds drawn. This makes the unit very dark. Unlike the pictures on the website. Be aware of that. We brought our dog and it cost an extra 200. I feel this fee is outrageous. Lastly, when I’m vacation I don’t expect to launder the bedding and towels. Stay Duvet asks that you start the bedding before you leave. I’ve never been expected to do that before. Overall, I loved the area and the cuteness of the unit. It was very clean and stylish. Just be aware of the downsides.
