This house was perfect for our group! We ventured out everyday to explore the area. The owners were prompt with returning messages. Our only suggestion is to add some seating to the living room. We would definitely come back!

Great Home Rental for Our Family Vaca!

Our family stayed in Rapid City for a 5 day trip to the Black Hills area. It was a perfect location to head different directions each day - Mr Rushmore/Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park, Hot Springs. Even staying IN TOWN had plenty to offer. Close to grocery, liquor & restaurants. We would have loved to have laundry on site, or a few extra towels, but other than that, it was great. The homeowner was responsive to our questions about wifi access. Would stay again if in the area.

Family fun in Rapid City

Upon arrival I was pleased to find this sweet home in a nice quiet neighborhood with a grassy backyard for my 2 year old grandson to play. The home is spacious, clean, modern, and on top of all that has a nice big jacuzzi bathtub. The towels were soft and plentiful too. We enjoyed using the cuddly soft blankets at night or early morning when we were at the house. We all found our beds to be comfortable, with end tables to have our phones / watches charging at night. In my opinion, the way the home was decorated really made me most happy and relaxed with the soft tones and subtle touches. The kitchen is spacious with a large island for a bigger group. The large window that is the expanse of the counter adds a lot of light into the space too. I highly recommend this location for your stay in Rapids City.

A Little Gem

We loved our stay at this VRBO! The interior is just as pictured - clean, bright, modern and cozy! It’s centrally located to everything in Rapid and is perfect for families! Our kids (ages 2 and 4) loved the giant bath tub and playground outside. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. Super cute house that has been modernized and very clean. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Great communication with the owners and great location to many of the tourist attractions.

Perfect!

Stayed nine days with our family. The house was cute, clean & perfect for us. The only thing I would change is adding another piece of sitting furniture in the living area and maybe mixing bowls in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great house, great location!

Our family of five stayed here for several nights. The house was great, comfortable, very clean, and nicely updated. Trista was available and accommodating with any questions. The location of the house was convenient for all our sightseeing. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property! The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and answered in a very timely manner. My husband, Jeremiah, is originally from Rapid City and I started calling it home after serving in the Air Force. I am a Realtor in the Black Hills full time and Jeremiah owns his own contracting business. We love to purchase abandoned or foreclosure properties and bring them back to life. Along with these two full time careers, we also own a bouncy castle business! We spend our free time on the boat visiting the varies lakes around the area. Our two small children enjoy tubing and surfing behind the boat. If you have any questions or need information regarding the many tourist attractions in the area, please don't hesitate to reach out. The west side of Rapid City is a highly sought after location to the local residents. The area is known for its safe and friendly neighborhoods. Although these homes a bit older, they are among the best built homes in the city and surrounding areas.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property was abandoned and went into foreclosure, where it sat vacant for several years. My husband and I purchased it and brought it back to life. We completely redesigned the interior by tearing down walls, creating a 3rd bedroom and luxury feel throughout. From the plumbing, waterlines, furnace and tankless water heater, everything inside is brand new. Even though this property went through a major renovation, it still has its 1950's charm!
