private backyard or the community amenities and dock access to Bayou Garson. Cook in your own fully equipped kitchen or take dinner out to the private gas grill. The desk workspace near the stairs is perfect for completing remote work or for the trip's planner. Easy access to the pool, pickle ball, giant chess, giant checkers, and bocce ball amenities area. 10 min drive from beaches.
The space
Home on a corner lot, only one neighboring home directly South. View of pines and grass bordering Bayou Garson and line of sight to the amenities area. Open 1st level with kitchen, dining area, living area, 1/2 bath, and back porch with outdoor furniture. 3 bedrooms, laundry room and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the home, front/back yard, and dock. 7am to 7 pm for amenities area. (Owner's closet, and locked cabinet not for guest access)
Other things to note
This neighborhood is regulated by a strict HOA. Any violations will be paid by the tenants that violate the HOA ruled. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: No street parking is available. Limited first come, first serve parking is available for guests 4 spaces available 2 in the garage 2 in the driveway. Note: (Garage spaces a will not fit large trucks.)
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Security camera details: This home features a Nest doorbell camera that actively records video and sound.
Dock details: Only for fishing
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our home, as friends and family alike! In order to fully enjoy the housing community at Redfish Harbor, we would like you to be aware of what all is offered here. There is a boardwalk leading to a covered dock at the northeast corner of the subdivision, great for fishing and enjoying the sunsets. The recreation area has just opened with many activities. Unfortunately, due to its limited size, the HOA has the following guidelines/restrictions:
âą Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards.
âą For safety reasons, no more than 26 swimmers allowed in the pool.
âą Hours of operation are from 7am to 7pm
âą The recreation area is only for residents whose names are on the lease.
âą There are only 6 guests allowed at the pool at a time.
âą Any damages to the amenities area by owners/tenants/guests are subject to FL Statute 718 - fining guidelines, $100 per day up to $1,000 per violation.
âą No running, diving, or other unsafe behavior will be allowed in the pool area.
âą Children under the age of 12 are only permitted to use the pool under adult supervision.
âą Babies and toddlers 3 years of age or under, must wear swim diapers. Non-swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.
âą Smoking is not allowed within the amenities area.
âą Under no circumstances will glass containers of any kind be allowed within the amenities area.
âą Alcohol is prohibited in the amenities area.
âą Food is allowed if it is snack type foods - i.e., cookies, chips, fruit and is not consumed on the wet deck area.
âą Trash cans are provided in all restroom areas as well as high traffic areas. All trash brought into the amenities should be disposed of properly.
âą The fireplace located in the pavilion area is a wood burning fireplace. The fireplace can only be used by homeowners 18 years of age or older. You must remove ashes from the fireplace after use. Do not put hot ashes in the trash.
âą Entry gates should be latched after entry and exit.
âą Safety equipment is for emergency purposes only
âą There are four parking places located at this property (garage and driveway). There is no parking on the street/sidewalk/grass.
âą Only guests registered with our home can be in this house or at the amenities area (a maximum of 10 people).
âą Please clean the grill after use. If you are unable to, there will be a $35 charge. â
âą Quiet time is at 10pm sharp.
âą Please enjoy this home and the amenities within these guidelines.
âą If a resident insists on disregarding these rules, it will be considered a violation of the terms of their lease and cause for termination of their reservation. In addition, you will have to pay the amount of the HOA fines and $500.
