Another excellent/comfortable stay at Good Vibes House! Ali and Bogey are wonderful hosts and we appreciated the air conditioning in the August heat! We will be back!

The inside of this rental was decorated cute, and the beds were comfy! Nice hot water and ample room for 2 people. The communication was great with the owners - very prompt and helpful when the A/C Thermostat went out and Ali coached us on how to replace the batteries - then credited us 25 for the inconvenience!The only reason I didn't give this rental a 5 is because the yard was very overgrown. It looked abandoned when we arrived. It would have been nice to sit in the backyard under the big tree and relax. It looks like this little neighborhood is trying to revitalize - a lot of work going on. Cute tiny homes on a quiet street.All in all - a good stay and great proximity to so many things!

We went to Visit Drake. This house is located pretty close to Drake. It was easy to get in and out. The neighborhood was quite. Not to far from the airport or downtown

The location was ideal and house was super cute but very small. The sleeper sofa did not have a mattress it was just the cushions from the sofa. There were ants in the bathroom. The beds were not very comfy.

Nicely decorated & Clean property. Bathroom needs newer tub surround. Hooks for hanging clothes, towels, & coats, which was nice. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Great house, great location for the mall

We stayed here because we were vendors at a local event happening at Merle Hay Mall. The location is amazing—very close to Merle Hay.House was well-kempt and clean. We had a brief issue with the access code not working, but we contacted the owner and she resolved it quickly, so top marks for good communication.I would stay here again.

Cozy and great location

We love staying at Good Vibes House. The charming decor, full-sized Kitchen and location make it an ideal spot to stay in for our visits. Hosts are great with communication and are gracious and professional.

My daughters weekend

Gotta spend the weekend with my three daughters we went and did some stuff and then came back at night. The only downfall is the furniture is not comfortable and there’s only one TV.

Quiet and Comfortable! Baby Friendly!

We had a great stay! The home was very comfortable, the street was quiet and the location was great - close to where we needed to go, plus close to restaurants and shopping. The travel crib and the high chair were very appreciated!

Charming home in quiet neighborhood

I was in Des Moines for a week for appointments with my son. I stayed for 5 nights. I had my 5 year old and 8 year old with me. The house was a perfect size for us. The kitchen had all the tools I needed for making meals. The beds are the foam temperpedic type. A bit too firm for me but that it a personal preference. The kids slept great on it. The rooms have black out curtains which is one reason I chose this house. So many houses have no curtains or thin ones. I need dark when I sleep! The kids enjoyed the play fort and swings. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was close to grocery stores. I looked at many properties in Des Moines area before choosing this house. It had more charm and a yard.

Foam beds

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Cute house. Nice quiet dead end street with very quick and easy access to main roads. Our only complaints were the foam mattresses only because we are seniors and they are so difficult to turn over in. Thank you Ali for your quick responses ! FYI: don’t lock the door from the inside when you leave. Only lock the door with the combination the same way you unlock it. Blessings. Marcia

The two bedrooms have closets for hanging and folded clothes. The living room sofa-bed is the third queen bed and is also designed for maximum comfort. Eating… Cook memorable meals in the fully supplied kitchen. We provide basic spices, along with all the standard appliances, baking and cookware. Simply show up with your groceries and enjoy! The eat-in kitchen table is a cozy space to enjoy your peaceful morning coffee, or for 4-6 people to come together for games or a good meal. Four dining chairs PLUS two comfortable fold-out-chairs, make for intimate experiences you’ll be talking about for years to come. Morning/Evening Rituals… The small bathroom has everything you need, including a hot shower and soaking tub, hairdryer, storage for personal items, and plush towels. The masterbedroom desk doubles as a vanity space with great natural light and the 2nd bedroom has a full length mirror, so everyone can get ready at the same time.
