Whether you're here for the golf or renowned Gulf beaches, this inviting escape offers the perfect home base for a getaway with family or friends. When you're not out exploring, kick your feet up on one of the living room sofas and bust out the puzzles or flip on the smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and also includes an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Speaking of mealtime, you'll find the full kitchen well-appointed with everything you need to easily handle home cooking. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

The private beach shuttle runs from November to May.
Beginning March 31, 2024, Bonita Bay's private beach park will be closed due to a renovation project that is slated to be completed by early 2025. The private beach shuttle will also be down for maintenance from March 31, 2024, until April 15, 2024. The shuttle will take guests to Lover's Key Park and Doc's Beach House instead during this renovation. This timeline may change due to weather, turtle nesting season, and/or availability of materials. The entrance fee for Lover's Key Park is only covered during this time if you take the shuttle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
