In addition to the beach mere steps away, you'll find the Roland E. Powell Convention Center (across the street), the Ocean City Boardwalk (one mile), and Jolly Roger Amusement Park (one mile) close by. The surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway are also home to a wide assortment of eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment.

The expansive, wraparound balcony is the star of the show here, with access points in the living room, the dining area, and all three bedrooms. It's a wonderful spot for reading in Adirondack chairs, sipping cold cocktails, and dining alfresco at sunset.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
