My Stay

Overall the stay was amazing. Kids were a bit loud at times and I didn’t realize I was staying in their basement. But it had everything I needed. Super clean and the family was very friendly.

We do include that information in the listing, but I understand how it might not have been clear. I also want to acknowledge that it was unfortunate timing during your stay, as we had an extra family seeking shelter from Hurricane Milton. This unexpected situation did contribute to the noise level, and we sincerely apologize for any disturbance this may have caused. While we strive to create a peaceful environment, it's true that some noise is inevitable in any multi-unit setting. Even in traditional apartment buildings, sounds from neighbors can be heard. Lovely quiet and cozy

I entered one of the cleanest properties I have ever been in. The space was well appointed and cozy. Full size fridge and a beautiful bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the linens were as good as home. The cooktop was small but full able to handle all of my meal prep. I only used the gym twice but it was very convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely hosts even offered a tour of the local area! Very hospitable with off street parking as well.

Was sent 2 different addresses which was confusing but once we got to the right place everything was fine. No shoes on was strange. and lighting on outside walk was poor at night. Everything else was good.

Hi Collins, I apologize for any confusion regarding the two addresses. As I mentioned in my initial email, we don’t disclose the exact property address until a booking is confirmed to protect both our safety and yours. Unfortunately, it’s a known issue that burglars sometimes use short-term rental platforms to identify vacant properties, as they can access availability calendars and approximate locations. We’ve requested that these platforms reconsider displaying street pins, but so far, they have not changed this feature. It also took five attempts to reach you for address confirmation, so we appreciate your eventual response. Regarding the pathway lighting, we had a couple of lights go out due to a recent storm, and I apologize that they weren’t replaced before your check-in. We ask that guests remove their shoes inside for cleanliness. Georgia’s red clay dirt can easily stain, and allowing shoes could ruin our light-colored rugs. Additionally, shoes track in many germs from public places, which we prefer to keep out. This rule was outlined in our house rules, which were available to review prior to booking. However, we’re happy for guests to wear house shoes if that’s more comfortable. We also hope that you are OK, as we noticed a significant amount of blood on nearly every towel and on the sheets, which has unfortunately caused damage to these items. Thank you so much for your stay! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the majority of your time in Peachtree City.

Very comfortable and very clean, no issues. Stayed for 68 nights for training, while in Peachtree City. Very centrally located to shopping and eating, minutes away from the city center. Good communication with host while there, and addressed any issues.
