MAIN HOUSE
The 3BR/3BA main house provides ample sleeping space across two levels.

Unwind into vacation mode in the inviting living area, configured with plush seating and a 65” smart TV.

Indulge your inner chef in the sleek full kitchen, equipped with sparkling stainless steel appliances.

Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for five, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the dining table for eight.

Sleep soundly in the spacious master suite, appointed with a king bed, a 40” TV, a computer desk and a covered private balcony. The en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed, two full-over-full bunk beds, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The main level third bedroom provides a queen bed and a 40” TV, while the adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

GUEST/CABANA HOUSE
The single-level 2BR guest house is steps away in your backyard.

Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, featuring a full bunkbed, a 55” TV, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge.

Comfort awaits in the sunlit bedroom, featuring a king bed, a 32’ TV, and pool area access. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Step out for fresh air anytime on the covered front porch.

OUTDOOR AREA
Spend leisurely afternoons in your palm-studded backyard, highlighted by a 5’-deep private pool. Soak up the sun on a poolside lounger while burgers sizzle on the natural gas grill, then dine alfresco under the shade of an umbrella.

Access to your professionally cleaned, sanitized home is convenient. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras.

Bed Sheets and shower towels are provided plus a starter of paper towels and toilet paper.

TRASH
Put all trash and recycling into outside bins. Household garbage pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Recycling is Tuesday only. Please put the bins in front of the street Monday and Thursday evening after 5pm. On Tuesday and Friday afternoon bring the trash bins back on the driveway. TRASH CANS CANNOT STAY ON THE STREET AFTER THE DAY OF PICKUP OR THERE WILL BE A $300.
