Next to the kitchen are double doors that open into a covered outdoor lounge deck with seating for 6 and a commercial quality gas grill, all overlooking the pool. There is also a bedroom with sliding barn doors that doubles as a 3rd living room equipped with 2 queen sized fold out sofas, four pouf chairs, and a 4k Roku TV. There is a full bathroom located right next to this room. Last, but not least, there is the study room with beautiful built-in wall shelving for a dedicated workspace equipped with a 32-in curved 4k monitor with easy laptop hookup as well as a comfortable twin sized fold out sofa.



UPSTAIRS, you will find 2 bedrooms each with a luxurious King size canopy bed and their own separate full bathrooms. The main bathroom has marble throughout along with a bathtub and glass walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin sized bunk beds perfect for 4 people. The 4th bedroom has a queen sized bed along with a comfortable queen sized fold down sofa. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with double vanities and shower. All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted 4k Roku TVs as well.



THE LOWER LEVEL is equally luxurious and features 2 grand bedrooms both with high ceilings and a large arched glass doorway which steps out into a private courtyard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Both bedrooms each have their own fully renovated full bathrooms with walk-in glass showers. The rest of this beautiful floor features an open kitchen, dining and living room layout that feels spacious.



OUTDOORS, you'll find the star of the home...a large pool and lounge deck equipped with numerous chaise lounge chairs, several dining tables and chairs, and umbrellas in each area for shade. Please note: There is a noise monitoring device, made by Minut, that is installed in the common area of the first floor which only monitors noise levels (no recording of voices). This device is used by Book Montrose solely for safety reasons so that we can be alerted if a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm is triggered, for example, and if violations to house rules, such as holding a party, are occurring. Other house rules: NO events or pets are allowed.
