This First Floor (Bromelia Floor plan) Babcock National Veranda Style Condo, has been beautifully furnished inside and out, with everything you need right down to the Beach Chairs & Pool Towels.
Guests love the large open concept kitchen, living & dining room floor plan of this beautiful condo. GOLF CART RENTAL IS AVAILABLE WITH THIS UNIT ~ PLEASE INQUIRE, as Golf Cart is stored in the 1 Car Detached Garage. The cart is a 2023 Star Sirius / 4 Seater and it has a gate transponder sticker for easy access into the community. This Condo offers, 2 Bedrooms Plus a Den. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, 2 Walk In Closets and a Private En-suite bathroom. The Second bedroom has 2 Extra Large Twin Beds, and is located on the opposite side of the condo, with easy access to the guest bathroom & laundry room. The Den / Study, offers a comfortable Twin Daybed with a Pull Out Trundle. There is also a TV, desk and office chair located in this space as well. You'll love the views from BOTH, the Front and Rear Screened Lanai's. With extraordinary views of Babcock National Golf Course and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Located in beautiful Southwest Florida, Babcock National Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole course that provides an exciting golfing experience. Distinctive in character but consistent in quality, every hole was meticulously designed by Architect, Gordon Lewis. In addition to the golf course, Babcock National offers superb amenities such as a First-Class Clubhouse that includes a Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Card Rooms, Locker Rooms and more.
