Enjoy your stay in our home while experiencing The Villages Lifestyle! The Villages is an active 55+ golf cart community where you can enjoy doing as much or as little as you desire. Spanning over 32sq miles, you can enjoy golf (we have over 50 courses), swimming, pickleball and many other activities. There is shopping, dining, and boast Live Entertainment 365 days a year at 3 different town squares.

The space
upon arrival, you’ll feel right at home in this tastefully decorated Patio Villa. Unpack your bags and get ready to enjoy your time here. There is a screened front porch where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while planning your day.
Inside you will find a fully equipped dine-in kitchen and counterspace with seating for a quick meal. There is also a dining room with seating for 4. The living room has comfortable reclining seating for you to relax in front of a 55" Samsung Smart TV. King size beds are in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a 43" Samsung Smart TV and private En-suite with shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Outside of the home you will find a gas grill.
*A complimentary golf cart is located in the garage. (See house rules for use). A washer and dryer is also located in the garage.
Guest access
You will have full access to all parts of the house while you are renting.
