Want to vacation with a larger group? These 2 houses are perfect! Directly next to each other in a quad 4 houses stand-alone home set up. These spacious houses are directly across the street from beach access 93. The houses sit around a beautiful, large shared pool along with nice lounging chairs, and a grilling area with 2 Weber grills.

1.) The location of our houses is perfect! At the very west end of PCB, you are a short drive to 30A & Pier Park! Best of both areas!
2.) The set up of the houses is great for multiple families. Three king suites, three queen bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, additional bunk beds, twin beds, & queen tri-fold mattress. Perfect for large families or groups staying together.
3.) The beach access is located directly across the street! It is easy to run back to the house for lunch or more sunscreen.
4.) The large pool is directly outside the living room doors. Easy for family & friend fun!

Our beach houses were designed with families in mind! Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation!
The first house is a 4-bedroom with a loft 3-bathroom home.

☼ 1 King Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom
☼ 1 Large Loft area with Twin Daybed and Trundle plus queen trifold bed
☼ 1 Queen Bedroom
☼ 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bed plus Queen Trifold bed (this bedroom is not fully enclosed)
The second house is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath (more like 3 with the set up) home.

☼ 2 King Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom
☼ 1 Queen Bedroom with Twin Bed
☼ 1 Queen Bedroom with Twin/Twin Bunk Bed
All bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each has a wall mounted smart TV.
Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage. All bathrooms have toilet paper (starter pack), hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom.
A desk and chair are provided in one of the bedrooms. They can be easily relocated to a different room if needed for your convenience.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆
Both of the fully equipped kitchens are equipped with stainless-steel appliances; fridge, stove, oven, microwave, & of course a dishwasher, a crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, and plenty of cookware & dishes.
We have special plastic dishes, bowls, & cups plus a highchair for the littles of the family! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home.
Both of the living rooms have wonderful views of the pool & courtyard. They are a great place to relax in the evenings after a day at the beach while playing games with the family or watching the kids play in the courtyard. There are 65” wall mounted smart tv in each house plus plenty of couches and recliners. Family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, both houses have a washer & dryer for your stay.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor space here is phenomenal! The large pool is shared between the four houses & located in the middle of the courtyard. The two grills and all loungers around the pool are also shared but plenty for everyone. A large storage closet contains beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, for your use. Run across the street in the evening to the beach for some crab hunting, a nice bonfire on the beach, or a nice stroll. The pool & connecting spa are not heated.
Both houses have a parking area behind the house that will hold 2 vehicles with an overflow area by the fence for another two vehicles.
Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation.

Hello! Thank you for considering staying in one of our houses! We privately own and manage our homes and take pride in all of them!
My husband and I live in Mansfield, TX and love hosting our guests. The majority of our guests are repeat guests and love to come back and stay at our properties year after year. We have five children; one still at home, one in college, and three more that are adults and have blessed us with five grandchildren. We both work in the healthcare industry and love to travel in our free time.
We both stay in short-term rentals when we travel, which I feel makes us better hosts. We know what we like when we stay somewhere and make sure you have the same amenities and consideration. We want all our guests to be comfortable in our houses.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This area is stunning! The location is perfect for families or a group of friends. The beach access being directly across the street is convenient and perfect for families. No high-rise condos so the beach is not packed with people. After a nice day at the beach, the pool and courtyard are perfect as they are only shared with 3 other houses. Located at the very west end of Front Beach Road is awesome to explore other areas of 30A like Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, or head down to Seaside to the food trucks. 30A is 5 minutes from our area and Pier Park is 12 minutes! The traffic is pretty much nonexistent down on our end!
