Great and clean apartment

Apartment was spacious and at a central place in Decatur. We liked the cleanness, the easy and friendly communication with the host, the building amenities. One of the sleeping rooms had no windows, something we are not used to. We recommend this apartment for a stay in the centre of Decatur!

Very uncomfortable!

This condo was cute as a button but who wants to live in a button! There is not one chair in this place that’s comfortable to sit in. When we got home after dinner we would have to go lay in bed because nowhere else was comfortable. And last but not least that box to get the fab is hideous!!

Location is perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Host communication was excellent. The apartment could have been cleaned better; kitchen floor was quite sticky and dirty, and the bathrooms needed more attention. Additionally, glassware / mugs were very sparse and the bath towels had seen better days (some were literally falling apart at the seams). We were only there for a few days with a very busy schedule and did not bother to make the hosts aware. Based on our experience, I feel like the hosts would have immediately responded if we had let them know about these concerns.

Perfect for College Move in

Apartment was just as described. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels in each bathroom. Parking was easy and right by entrance closest to apartment. Management was communicative and easy to contact. Would book again.

Wonderful and excellent hosts! Jordan & Shanté were absolutely fantastic to us and it really made our stay! They were more than patient responding so quickly when I had questions about parking because I didn’t read through their detailed instructions. All the info is there you just have to read it, lol. The apartment was perfect. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, great water pressure in the shower and the location was amazing. So many great restaurants in walking distance amd the area is soooo artsy! We loved the area so much. The murals and art installations were so cool. We finished every evening playing pool, ping pong, shuffle board, and jumping in the swimming pool. Then snuggling up to watch a movie in bed. We will be back! We loved it so much. Thank you!!!!

Great Location and Very Nice Apt

We came to Decatur to visit my grandchildren for one of their birthdays. We were looking for a place with a pool because the birthday boy loves swimming and it was a hit. They also loved playing foosball in the game room. The apartment is comfy and the location is excellent. It is near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores/big-box retailers. Parking was very easy. The host was very helpful and the instructions provided were helpful as well. Had a great time.

Our 2nd time at Regal Noir and it wont be our last.

This was our 2nd time staying at Regal Noir and it was wonderful. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Everything was neat and inviting. The access and entering was super easy and convenient. I'm pretty sure we could partk our vehicle in the garage and be inside the apartment within 1 minute. The entire apartment is set up so nicely. Two large comfortable bedrooms with on suite full bathrooms, very comfortable luxurious king size beds and bedding made for nice full nights of sleep. The full kitchen and dining/living room was very large and functional. electric outlets everywhere and filtered water from the fridge helped make our stay so enjoyable. We will most certainly try to stay at Regal Noir when we plan our next trip back to Atlanta.

Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

Comfort was over and above

My boyfriend and I stayed recently, during the snow and ice storm, and we could not be more pleased with the comfort of this apartment. It’s so well appointed, and we needed absolutely nothing! We certainly enjoyed the massage chairs, since we were pretty much homebound over the ice storm. It’s a very well-decorated apartment with high-end finishes and a great location. We will definitely stay there again!
