Enjoy your stay in Worcester at our newly renovated 3 bedroom townhome just steps from Worcester's "restaurant row." Bring your family and have room to spread out. A king bed main bedroom with ensuite bathroom offers unbeatable comfort. A full kitchen and a washer / dryer is in unit is available for convenient access. Located on a quiet road close to the highway and train station.

Guest will have access to the entire 1800 square foot house, the two car garage and back patio.
Patio space only available for use between 7am - 9pm.
We are local and can be available to meet guests. We give our guest privacy and will respect the needs and preference of each group regarding interactions with us.
Shrewsbury Street is Worcester's "restaurant row" with dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and breweries. The street connects route 9 and downtown Worcester. This home is two blocks off Shrewsbury Street on a quiet residential area.

Quiet hours between 9pm - 7am strictly enforced
Keep all windows closed and locked
Turn off lights when not in unit
Do not move any furniture or hang items on walls
No burning candles or incense
Do not tamper with or disable any of the safety or security devices in the unit or on the property
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Host may require names and identification for all guest on property and in condo.
Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $500 for smoking, parties / unauthorized guests or unauthorized pets.
Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
