Treat yourself at the stunning June Farms Wellness Huts!

June Farms is like no place else on earth! "My New Happy Place" is a comment we hear quite often. Pamper yourself in our newest luxury property at the farm, our Wellness Hut. Built out of converted agricultural Quonset Huts, each cabin has a dry/wet sauna, soaking tub, optional cold plunge, outdoor shower, radiant heat/AC, and king bed.

We rarely have guests reach out to us for help, as everything is noted in your Check In Details. Please reach out to Miss Michelle DIRECTLY via text message if you have any questions.

Each Wellness Hut has one king bed and one day bed (single). You are welcome to bring additional children if you would like, even if it exceeds the 3 person maximum. We do not, however, have additional pull-out beds or cribs.

The "neighborhood" is what we call "farm country". However, we are just 10 minutes away from Albany and Troy, and about 45 minutes from Saratoga and Schenectady. There are many amazing restaurants very close by, and excellent shopping. When you book, you will receive a link to our blog giving you many suggestions for fun things to do off the farm.

When you stay at June Farms, you will be able to walk around the farm at any time and enjoy meeting all of our happy farm animals. The trails and farm paths throughout the farm are also yours to enjoy.

We do ask that you do not go up to the other cabins and interrupt their privacy.

This is one of the most unique experiences you will ever have. We have turned XL agricultural Quonset Huts into luxury living for you to enjoy while you spend your time at peaceful, magical June Farms.

There are 3 Wellness Huts, each about 100 feet away from each other. You can either rent them one at a time, or all 3 at once. If you would to book them all at the same time, please reach out to Matt directly at the farm and he can help you with that booking.

Please do not expect the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant to be open during your visit. We are closed very often for private events. If The Pony Barn is closed, there are many local bars/restaurants you will love, and a grocery store right around the corner!

If you are looking to enjoy The Pony Barn restaurant/bar, you are certainly welcome to join in on the fun at the bar, no reservation needed for cabin guests. Please note that The Pony Barn is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day, but please check our calendar to see if there are any special ticketed events you may enjoy!

One of the great things about June Farms is its proximity to the Albany Amtrak train station. It is a very simple, and short Uber ride (10 minutes) should you decide to take the train. Otherwise, we would suggest renting a car so that you can drive to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Around the farm, you can walk or rent a golf cart during your trip.

The owner of the farm, Matt Baumgartner, is a local restaurateur, and can give excellent recommendations for dining out and local experiences.

Also, June Farms is a short Uber / Lyft ride from the Albany Amtrak Train Station, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Albany & Troy.

Because of the popularity of JUNE FARMS, we can NOT guarantee that the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant will be open/available during your stay. Private parties and events often get booked last minute. We promise you that the farm itself, and the animals and serenity, are the true appeal of the property. You will not be disappointed even if the Pony Barn is not open.
